Doga Anyone?

Your dog loves going on a jog with you, chasing after their tail, and long walks around the neighborhood. Why not shake up your pups routine with a bit of yoga? Both you and your dog will benefit from practicing the meditation based exercise together! With Doga, you’ll improve your posture and get a more sound sleep at night. Your dog will benefit from increased circulation and, of course, the bonding time spent with their favorite human. Doga creates a bonding experience stronger than simply going for a walk

At this point you are probably curious as to how exactly Doga works. Classes are practiced in two forms depending on your instructor or how you choose to do so at home. The first way is you help your pup perform Doga poses which is great for bonding. The second is you performing the yoga pose while dogs just play around; this is great for those social dogs. Dogs make the perfect yoga companions. Yoga is about being in the moment and developing a sense of oneness. Dogs are in the moment animals and are all about union because they are pack animals. 

Doga is a wonderful activity to spend more quality time with your dog as well as help you relax from a stressful week. Maybe even start your own Doga group with your friends who have pups as well. Be a trend setter amongst friends and try Doga today!
