MSA Holiday Spirits!
A Gift Exchange for the Mystery Skulls Animated fandom!
Gift givers will be randomly assigned to each other and gifts exchanged on Christmas day. Gifts can be big or small, just have fun and spread that holiday cheer!
How to join: Submit a completed participant form HERE.
Submissions will close at midnight Nov 30.
Assignments will be given throughout the 1st and 2nd of December. If you haven’t received yours by the 3rd, please send us a note!
Rules:
Gifts are due the 25th. Do not post before then. So if you wont be home that day, schedule it ahead of time so that it will post on that day
On the 25th post your gift and don’t forget to @tag who its for! Also put it in the event tag, MSAholidayspirts2017 so that we can all see the wonderful gifts you guys make!
This is a family friendly event, so no gore or NSFW for this. If you want to draw that stuff as a gift, please do that outside of this event and keep it out of the event tag.
Please don’t reveal yourself to your giftee until the 25th. We want this to be a surprise!
If you have to back out of the event, let us know ASAP so that a replacement can made.
If after the 25th you have not received your gift send me a message. We will get in contact with your gift giver and if they cant complete it we will find a backup or make you something ourselves. No ones getting left out.
Participant form:
Url: The tumblr blog you want to use for the exchange. This is the one that the gift will be tagged with. Please pick ONE blog. DO NOT sign up multiple times with different blogs.
Other blogs(optional): Other blogs you think might help your gift giver get to know you. (MSA side-blogs or rps blogs for example)
Wishlist: Things that you would like to see in your gift like fave Ships/OTPs, AUs or maybe fan content for something you’ve already made. Fics or fanart for example. If you have a link to content you’ve created please put that here. Simple prompts like “fluff” work too.
Dislikes: Things you absolutely do not want to see. Notps, squicks and triggers or even something as simple a color you really hate.
Gift Skills: What are your skills/talents that you will most likely use to make your gift? It can be any media! Writing, drawing, music, vocals, anything you want! ( we are going to try our best to pair people with different talents together. It might not be possible, but we’ll do our best)
Other(optional): Anything else you think we should know
Backup: If some other participants back out, would you be willing to help make backup gifts so that no one gets left out?
Gifting Nopes: If you would be unable to create a gift dealing with a certain element, then here is where you would state that. (for example, if a certain ship makes you uncomfortable to the point you would not be able to draw or write it, it would go here). While the gifting should be mostly random, it would be best to match people to things they’d enjoy doing and not give someone something they would be uncomfortable making, since this should be fun for everyone involved!
