I’ve been coming into a realization and It’s been the mother of all breakthroughs - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
what we give power to has power over us, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
which creates limitation, resistance, pushback and literally generates more and more resistance, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
recently i was having some crazy shit come up out of nowhere, my neck hurt, I suddenly had to literally lean back, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
meanwhile, we kept getting crickets come into our apartment strangest thing, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Crickets = leap of faith, jumping over obstacles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What we are making BIG is controlling us and taking away our power. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is our job to SHATTER THE ILLUSION. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I create the chaos, but I can create the order. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can move through, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can overcome any obstacle,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s just an illusion that I believe otherwise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

anyway I realized this neck pain, was my inability to really listen to my higher truth and it was causing ‘a pain in the neck’ vibration - irony. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I am generally a healthy person this was a bit of a shock, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I asked higher self - What is the lesson here? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Shatter the Illusion you have created, shatter the perception that it’s impossible, that something is wrong with you, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Shatter it all and know and trust and believe ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
it’s all possible for you and the universe is working with you, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a child of God you are supported and safe, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
your desires are divine and meant to be real. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
your truth is meant to be expressed, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your power is meant to be actualized, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s only an illusion that we must play small, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Feel limited and contracted, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s only an illusion that we have created the maze, the obstacles, the person who feels powerless to change, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s only an illusion that we are giving more power ot the fear than our higher truth, our faith, our guidance, our inner knowing, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is our birthright to feel good and receive, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
