SNOW! || Open
Martyâs life felt lighter with Onofrio dead. She thought she would be this grieving widow but she wasnât. She was anything but. She could go outside and not feel like he was going to pop around a corner or that Ira would bring him there to terrorize her. He was dead. She was free. Well, as free as she could be when her soul was owned by someone else.
With freshly fallen snow, Marty set off for the park. The was the snow clung to the trees and the play structure as the children ran amuck was spectacular. It could have been the general happy state she was in or the pleasure of freshly fallen snow, but Marty was loving it.Â
âWatch out!â She shouted after forming a perfect snowball and launching it across the park. She didnât really have much of a target seeing as she was never much of an athlete but it would have been rude if she didnât give the people a heads up.Â
Ali couldnât keep herself away. The cold was annoying, and she wasnât much of a fan of the wet chills snow gave her, but she did admire the sight of it all. A smile sparking her face as she looked around. The reflection of the snow had her crossing her fingers itâd cover the grey that was starting to show more and more the quicker she stated the change. Hearing someone she turned quickly and rose her hand stopping the ball of snow in mid air before letting it fall. Her magic could only hold it up so long. Rising a brow she looked at the woman. âDonât.â she said simply shaking her head. Â
