I think I’m mostly “over” a specific pain from my past. Mostly because I think the pain used to be so immediate, clear & sharp. I could not handle it. These days it’s something dull. It will come through as a ripple. Like it’s enough to come up on my radar but I can acknowledge it and let it come over me and go. Ok maybe I’m not mostly over it lol but it’s manageable now.
