Anise was a lesbian magazine that ran from 1996-2003 in Japan. There were 9 issues total and contained articles, manga, essays, short stories, and so on.
i literally discovered so many things thanks to arashi and they truly were my happiness for many years. forever grateful for hana yori dango and matsumoto jun for making me discover them, my life would be a lot different without having known them. i wish nothing but the best for all of them and all us fans always
any arashi fans like this because i would love to share my love of them again during this time
For the few mutuals still here because of Arashi, here's a belated group hug 💔
I knew they weren't coming back from hiatus but officially reading 1999-2026 is still kinda heartbreaking.

it's been quite a while since i've kept up with jrock but this one just doesn't seem right. i'm in shock of reita's passing he was always my favorite member of the gazette. i had the privilege of getting to see them live for my birthday a couple of years ago and i'm glad i was able to. you will be missed and you are and will always be loved

Shinjuku Boys is a 1995 documentary about the lives of Kazuki, Tatsu, and Gaish, three self-identified onabe, an expansive term that can encompass both butch lesbians and trans men. "The suave trio speak frankly to the camera about sex, queerness, trans identity, and masculinity," says The Queer Review. Shinjuku Boys is available to rent on Vimeo.
