Archiving

I can’t remember why it ever mattered to me to have separate tumblr accounts but then again that decision was made before tumblr royally forked itself and everyone fled to twitter. ANYWAY, I’m leaving this account up but it’ll be inactive, you can find me back on @spiftynifty where I exist occasionally or twitter @ spiftynifty where I exist way too often. 2018 was quite the year! I made a comic out of postits and drew more than I have in the previous 5 combined. I had art for every month for the first time in years, AND most months I had multiple pieces to choose from. I owe it all to Voltron and specifically Sheith. Seriously, I’m not much of a shipper in general but Sheith grabbed hold of me so hard and would not let go and I had to channel it all into art. Now that the show is over after only 7 seasons, Voltron is truly in the fan domain and hopefully fanworks are the thing that will keep this train chugging. 

I haven’t been active on here lately, once the Tumblrpocalypse hit on Dec 17 the vibe got very different here and so lately I’ve been way more active on my Twitter (spiftynifty). I don’t know what 2019 holds in terms of my future on this site but I’m just gonna take it one day at a time. 

Thank you so much for all the support, whether you’re here for Voltron or otherwise. I’ve made so many friends and talked to so many interesting people. Here’s to another great year filled with art.  :)

Would you ever do another drawing of the Captain Planet AU? I never knew I needed it until it watered my crops lol

And thus, a comic was born, every panel done in pencil on a postit. 

I’m moving the whole comic over from my other blog. It’s evolved into something I’m really proud of and I want to end it properly, here on my art blog. :)
