In the battle to find the deepest essence of Ourselves, we encounter the never ending battle between the material desires of the Ego vs spiritual depths of the Soul.
It can be difficult to differentiate between the two, as they both are You, one is just a deeper aspect of Self, that is connected to something greater than itself, as it takes on a deeper meaning to Life. The other is a aspect of Self that operates within the realm of the Material, guided only by what the material world provides. The two are needed for the Journey of Life, one is not better than the other, it all depends on You and what you're looking for in Life.
Ultimately the two are required, just like Yin & Yang, the Light & Dark, you can't appreciate one without the other, the goal is to find balance in the Two.

In our journey thru Life, we live our lives experiencing both the external reality that we see before us, while we interpret the internal reality that evaluates all that we do, the part of us that is our internal Truth.
As we express our emotions thru life, just as we experience duality in this life, we also have a duality within. We can express both positive emotions and negative emotions, but what needs to be known at a higher level is how both the positive and negative emotions affects us.
Our emotions come from a deeper place within, it was thought emotions come from the mind, but in truth they come from your chakras within, the mind is jus the quantum computer that helps you analyze what and how your feeling.

We are all on a Journey as we go thru Life, there is no said guide or book that determines how Life ends up shaping you, as you are a product of your own thoughts. With you having your own free will to think and do, it's enivitable that differences will occur. In every area of life you see it re-create itself in different ways.
There will always be 2 sides to a Story or Journey, and there will always be a reason, in truth we only judge because we are faced with something that either we can't agree with, or just because it is different. But we must understand, all of this comes from the Seat of the Ego. It is the Ego that judges, because once you lose it, everything looks the same to you, nothing is different, it's all the samething being re-created in different ways.
We Judge others without having both sides of the Story, this is why we shouldn't Judge, as God is within All Life, he is the only one that has both sides of the Story.

This Aries Full Moon is all about the Light and the Dark revealing itself. Sometimes we need to see our dark side for what it is, that doesn't mean we are evil, it doesn't mean we hold a space for Negativity, all it means is that, we as Humans are good at suppressing negative emotions and forgetting about them. In order to heal, we must come full circle and see all that we are and all that has shaped us in Life, including the negative experiences we politely throw in the trash as if we forgot about them. Nope, they too will come out and face the Light. Embrace it, make Peace with it, don't Fear it.

This post says a 1,000 words, and both fortunately and unfortunately this saying couldn't be truer.
The past few months have brought with it many challenges that I had to face in my life, challenges in both my external reality and my internal reality.
But I can say honestly with a genuinie smile that I'm happy I faced these challenges as is, they accelerated my growth 10 fold, and not only my growth, but also my peace as well.
Life is hard enough on it's own, adding more challenges and adversities to it doesn't make it any better, but the one thing it does without fail, is build ever-lasting peace. Once you master maintaining your peace thru whatever your facing, that Peace will never leave you, unless you allow it too.
