Okay, its been roughly a week since I last posted.
there's a lot to talk about so I'll put it under a cut for ease of scrolling
Lil' Man: he's recovering well, he's still being kept in the hospital but he's mentally and physically sound. whatever the doc wanted him for either didn't happen yet or failed
they say they can't remember most of what happened but I think they just don't want to talk about it yeah...
I brought his phone to him but the battery is dead so he's waiting for it to charge right now

What we've been able to gather is that maybe the doc wanted to experiment with salmonid blood to make inkfish more water-resistant for his goal of creating the "ultimate evolution" or whatever
speaking of which-
That Slimy "Doctor": I'd managed to keep tabs on him for a few days, but yesterday I lost track. The deepsea metro has agents from both NSS and purple shield keeping the main pathing safe, so I assume he's moved on from that being his "lab" for now
Captain is still missing unfortunately, last I've been able to hear of them is one of Cap's friends doing recon with a drone they built

I was told we're not exactly supposed to talk about being agents or involved with NSS at all, so I tried to avoid giving it away
obviously I didn't do a very good job of that since i have many more asks beyond these two saying roughly the same "I knew it"
yeah cuz you freak out every time somebody mentions it. not exactly subtle
I've been an agent for the last 3-4 years and was one of the forefront against the fuzzy ooze calamity from around the same time
(I'd argue I was THE forefront considering details I can't share, but whatever)
it wasn't just you, I went all big-fry on grizz's ass. but yeah it was mostly bubblez, she's way cooler than she gives herself credit for
I still am gonna try to keep stuff confidential for privacy sake, but I may as well allow questions that don't prod at important things
I don't like being all serious I wanna go back to my silly chumblring and turfwar games and everything, I'm gonna try to move back towards that now that the danger seems to have passed
same, I actually miss hanging out and fixing weapons and getting lunch with random people, hoping I'll be able to get back to that soon
my original phone is still missing so I've lost all the photos I took while in inkopolis, I'm trying to see if any will recover from the cloud but so far nothing
to end on a lighter note, what splatfest teams are yall repping? I'm trying to decide between speed and strength. I might go with strength just to help get Frye a win for once lmao
