Sometimes I struggle to get a pose looking right and then I remember the show probably has something very similar I can look at for reference lol (to be fair, the original was a super rough sketch from the animatic so I knew I'd go back and fix it later)

It was midnight, Caleb was about to go to sleep when he suddenly heard the rustling of dry leaves outside. He found it strange, wondering, "Who could be out at this hour?" Without hesitation, he decided to go investigate. He carefully went downstairs trying not to disturb his younger brother, who was asleep in the other room. He opened the back door and peeked out.

It was deserted, seemingly a quiet night, but a little eerie because of the darkness. He carefully closed the door and ventured into the woods. He walked through the large, ancient trees when, in the distance, he noticed a flashing light and heard whispers. He walked slowly until he was closer.

She noticed him, turned around in fright, and with her magic, a ball of fire appeared in defense. Caleb's vision cleared, and he saw that it was that beautiful woman with pointed ears, whom only he could call by her name... Evelyn.
