I am a firm believer that Spock is autistic, however that's a very popular one. I also like to think he always has to wear socks, like hates when he takes them off both because of the temperature difference between the ship and Vulcan, and because of sensory stuff.

There's also the hand stuff, like they're really sensitive, so he would get nice leather gloves to help when he's having an overwhelming day, or if his hands feel particularly cold. Not that he would ever admit he was having a bad day, but I think he would wear some nonetheless. Maybe Kirk bought them for him.

This one is mostly me projecting my own sensory stuff onto him, but I think he would love courdoroy. Like he gets a blanket or bag with a courdoroy fabric and runs his knuckles over it, and enjoys the sound and numbing feeling it has.

Other than that, I don't really have any head canons that don't include ships.
