I've been enjoying making parfaits for breakfast but I definitely think dairy is a trigger for my IBS so maybe next time I'll see if I can find some dairy free options.

I am on fire with this healthy eating shit. Today I made an egg and cheese and salsa burrito for breakfast, had a small salad and half sandwich from Panera and for dinner I cooked chicken thighs, asparagus and a kale salad. It was all so delicious!!!!

Had a successful day today. I worked out for a good 30-45 minutes (leg day killed me so I could only do 5 minutes of cool down cardio) and ate healthy all day. I started off with avocado toast with eggs (the texture freaked me out so I didn't eat all of it) and a green goodness smoothie. Lunch was cherries, a pickle half, Dungeness crab chips and a tuna sandwich. For dinner I made salmon, rice and asparagus for my roommate and me which we both really liked. I don't feel super full but I'm not dying of hunger either. Hopefully I can keep away the late night cravings and keep this healthy train going. Anyway here's me today. I was flexing my abs so my stomach doesn't normally look that flat. I actually gained 5-6 pounds since my last check in but I feel like I look about the same. Maybe a little heavier in my middle.

Not gonna live I've totally stopped working towards my goal. I have fresh motivation but I'm sick rn and can't act on it. Its funny how being forced to rest can make you miss working out.
