wait i wonder if adam actually sees michael as a fascimile of himself or if michael just projects himself like that so we the audience can see him. adam CAN canonically see michael's true form so i wonder if michael would ever try to compress himself at all. maybe when michael was sitting across from him adam's just seeing this person-shaped glowing mass with wings and a halo and everything. like that one funny picture of the glowing guy sitting at the table y'all know what i'm talking about
