OFFICIAL TRAILER
The official, and last, trailer was released this month, on March 8th. The trailer begins with Ellie at the supermarket, walking on her tiptoes, which means she knows there's infected around. At the end of the scene, we can see a stalker running behind her. We then see a closeup shot of Joel's broken watch, followed by a shot of a graveyard filled with fireflies pendants. You can see giraffes walking in the background. There's a soft song playing in the background.
We then cut to a scene of young Ellie, her hair in a ponytail. Her eyebrow scar is a little whiter and more visible than it was in the first season (something that actually happens irl with deep scars as time passes). She seems to be walking, until something by her side gets her attention, you can hear Joel in the background "You ok?" then the camera pans to where she's looking and we see fireflies around. She stares at them for a split second before looking back at Joel and smiling, replying with a yeah and following right behind him. This seems to be the start of the birthday flashback.
We then get a wide shot of Jackson showing how much it has expanded throughout the years, while we can hear Joel's voice in the background saying "This is where we live." The scene cuts to Joel and Benjamin (Tommy and Maria's son), Joel is holding him in his lap and pointing to a map, asking "and what's that?" to which Benjamin replies "the fence". We see another shot of Joel's house and his mailbox with "Miller" written on it, before cutting to the scene of Joel handing the guitar to Ellie in the scene where he teaches her. You can hear Joel in the background, still talking to his nephew "What's inside?".
As Benjamin replies with "people" we get once again the shot of the back of Ellie's head at the dance, then it cuts to a scene of Dina placing Ellie's hands around her waist at the dance. We get that same shot of the stalker creeping up behind Ellie at the supermarket as Joel asks "What's outside?". The soft music gets cut, and the shot of the seraphite dragging the sickle on the tree trunk is shown again with the sound of the blade dragging against the wood, and we get the wide shot of this scene as we see a person being hanged and a seraphite putting the sickle against the person's throat.
We then see two quick shots of a WLF truck passing through, and another of WLF soldiers walking by, the WLF symbol painted on their helmets. We also get our first full look at the Salt Lake Crew, with Abby in the front, followed by Owen to her eleft, and Mel, Nora and Manny following behind her on her right; they're all holding guns. Leah, Jordan and Nick seem to have been scrapped from the show adaptation, which I don't believe will matter much. We see a quick shot of a clicker climbing a patch of snow and hissing as the horde passes through it. The scene cuts to black, and we can finally hear Benjamin's reply of "Monsters" to Joel's question.
The black screen cuts to a shot of the outside of Jackson's wall exploding, sending infected pieces up in the air. I believe they had trap mines installed on the outside in case of this ever happening. We also get a shot of Tommy from up at the wall, shooting at the infected.
The music picks up again, and we get a shot of Dina and Ellie arriving in Seattle. You can see Dina's coat when they arrive, which makes me believe most of the scenes we have seen with her so far will be on day 1. We then get a shot of that same Seraphite men from previous trailers, except he's with a little girl this time (I believe it's his daughter, they have the same eyes) and a shot of seraphites running through the woods. You can hear a Seraphite whistling in the background.
We then get a shot where Dina walks at the end of a corridor with a flashlight in hand, she seems to be a little lost. I assume Ellie is right behind her. By her clothing and by the background, I'd assume this scene is in the underground subway tunnel. We get a quick shot of Ellie and Jesse walking out of somewhere, and I believe this is the only shot we have of day 3, going by the clothing Ellie's wearing. You can hear Isaac talking in the background "By the time the sun comes up tomorrow...".
We get a shot of Ellie kissing Dina, but the expression on both of their faces is of despair, and not happiness, so I wonder what scene this is. We also get our first look at the space shuttle from the birthday flashback.
The screen cuts to a scene of Joel and Ellie in what I assume to be Ellie's room judging by the posters and drawings on the wall. He's looking at her tattoo, and she seems unsure of his reaction. We can see on the closeup of the tattoo it is still unfinished at this point in time. We then get a shot of Ellie running, and she seems to be shooting at someone running in front of her, which makes me believe this is the Nora chase at the hospital (the medical equipment all around her corroborates that too ig).
In the next scene, you can hear Isaac finish what he was saying "There's a very good chance you'll be dead.", the scene cuts to the beaten up scar that has shown up some times now, and he says "You're gonna lose." This scene in particular makes me wonder if they're already setting a few hints of Isaac's attack on the Seraphite island on day 3.
We then also see a scene of a cordyceps filled environment with Ellie standing in it, and an infected that seems to be glued to the wall breathes out a cloud of spores. Ellie seems to be surprised at what she sees. The scene cuts to Abby running from the horde and jumping on some broken stairs, trying to climb up to get away from them. I believe this is the scene right before Joel saves her.
We then get to a scene that has been controversial. We see a shot of Eugene walking, a weird mix of both acceptance and fear on his face. We can see someone in the background, which it's confirmed to be Joel when the camera pans to him raising a gun to the back of Eugene's head. It's been highly theorized that Joel is gonna kill Eugene to keep his mouth shut about what he did at the firefly hospital. It's also worth mentioning Gail, Joel's therapist, is Eugene's wife.
We see a quick shot of infected banging on something that seems to be either a door or a train car, judging by the red lighting and the following scene, this appears to be at the underground tunnels. We then see Ellie and Dina climbing on top of a train wagon, and running away from the infected. In the next shot we are back at the supermarket and the stalker is attacking someone, which my highest guess would be Ellie judging by the converse shoes and the fluffy part of the coat that appears in the scene. We also see a quick shot of Joel in the snow.
The screen cuts to Nora asking Ellie "Don't you know what he did?" her voice is raspy and you can see spores flying around in the air. When the camera pans to Ellie you can see her lowering her gun after hearing that, which makes me think we will still get the Ellie torturing Nora with a pipe scene, as we do see her lowering her gun. We get that same quick shot from the last trailer of Joel slamming a door closed.
The hanging scene has been widely talked about when the trailer came out. When you look closely, you can see it's Ellie that's being hanged, as you can see the pulled back hair and the clothes all fit. People have been complaining a lot about this scene because they're "giving away Abby's scene to Ellie", but I'd like to remind you people that, once again, Abby getting hanged was not special treatment. Seraphites hanged anyone and everybody, so having Ellie also go through this would help 1) introduce the Scars and 2) draw another parallel with Abby when her part of the story comes around.
We get a very quick shot of Dina throwing her head back and screaming. Judging by her clothing and the ground of where she is, I'm assuming both she and Ellie got caught by Seraphites and they're trying to perform some ritual. We also get a split second shot of Joel shooting at something, but it's time enough to see that same revolver that saved Abby back in the TLOU day trailer, confirming it was Joel too.
We then get a shot of Tommy using a flamethrower against a bloater, and judging by their surroundings, they're inside Jackson, which means at least part of that horde managed to get inside and cause havoc. The final scene of the trailer is Joel and Ellie right by Jackson's wall, and Ellie is crying while she says "You swore", and the screen cuts to Joel looking like a kicked puppy. It's worth mentioning Joel is wearing the exact same clothes from that shot where he had a gun pointed at Eugene.

LAST TEASER
The next teaser (and the last so far) was released on January 6th, 2025. This is the teaser where we got the official month of release for the season.
It starts out immediately with Abby in the firefly hospital. You can hear the same alarm from the first season, and from the game, ringing in the background. She seems to have a fearful/worried expression on her face, and her gun is pulled out. We also get a closeup of her firefly pendant, which means they're already outright showing she has a connection to what Joel did at the end of last season. The screen cuts to black, the alarm stops and we hear (what I assume is Abby) saying "It doesn't matter, if you have a code like me."
We then see someone ringing a bell, it's snowing heavily. I presume its the people at Jackson's wall warning people about the incoming horde, as we also see Tommy come running, rifle in hand. We also get a shot of a scar holding a sickle (took me way longer to remember this damn thing name than id be willing to admit), dragging on top of a tree trunk. You can see someone in the background being handed, only being supported by a bucket on their feet. I've seen people theorize this is Abby, but let's remember Seraphites hanged Everybody. Abby wasn't a special case, this is their ritual and I believe this isn't any of our major characters, but maybe a minor or someone unknown to establish who the seraphites are.
We can also see Isaac looking it up. The bell that that Jackson resident rang at the beginning of the teaser can still be heard in the background. This Isaac scene seems to be in a different setting than the other scene we have seen him in, as it's a much darker environment.
Next we can see a few shots from previous trailers, such as: scar on fire and stalker after Ellie, but we get a brand new scene too of Ellie and Dina running into what seems to be the underground subway tunnel, Ellie keeps looking behind her shoulder in fear. We also get a shot of the Jackson dance between Ellie and Dina, and Dina has her arms around Ellie's neck. Her Hamsa bracelet is visible in the shot. We also get that same exact shot from the previous trailer of Joel/Abby/Dina riding in the snow, except they inverted the image.
The next few scenes are scenes we've already seen, such as: Abby looking over her shoulder at her dad's grave(?), Dina and Ellie stuck in the train with infected trying to get in, clicker screaming at the door, Joel crying. We can hear Abby (?) saying in the background "There are just some things, everyone agrees, are just wrong."
There's a brand new scene of Joel slamming a door shut, which my guess would be it's the scene where he's already with Abby and they're trying to escape from the infected horde. We get that screaming Ellie scene again, Tommy and Maria touching heads.
There's also two brand new shots here. One of Ellie punching a punching bag with boxer gloves on, which is hard to define if it's before or after Joel dies, as we cannot see her right arm to see if her tattoo is there, but it's worth mentioning you can see someone's hand holding the punching bag for her. The other scene is of an explosion outside a clothing store (judging by the mannequin at the far end of it), breaking all the windows.
We see a quick shot once again of the horde slamming against Jackson's wall, and then we see a brand new shot of Ellie holding a gun to someone (who we now know it's Nora because of the official trailer, will delve further into this scene in that analysis). I think it's worth mentioning she is wearing what in the game is Seattle day 1-3 clothing, not day 2 like it is in the game, which further makes me think they're altering the order of events from the days in seattle. The trailer ends at this, and we can hear Ellie panting in the background.

TLOU DAY
The next teaser was the “official teaser” that was released on TLOU Day, September 26th, 2024. It starts with Gail (the therapist) putting on a timer thingy and asking “You wanna start or what?”. It pans to Joel looking up at her with a not very happy face, which makes me think he really hates being in that position and overall being there at all.
It cuts to an opening scene of Ellie pushing some doors open and it pans into the town of Jackson while she fast-walks into the town (in her very tiny-lesbian way). You can hear a modified version of Future Days by Pearl Jam start playing in the background, and from that shot alone we can see how much Jackson has grown in the 5 year gap from the first season to this one. We have a brief shot of a mailbox with “Miller” written on with some ice dripping from it, showcasing Joel’s /really/ settled in.
The next scene is of Joel picking up the guitar he gifts Ellie, and caressing the moth on the top. In the background, you can see a Nirvana poster, a Pearl Jam vinyl disc and the edge of a bed, so I’d assume this is Ellie’s room (or the garage, I’ll get into this later on). We can then see Ellie trying out a single note on the guitar and smiling, and Joel smiles back at her. Bonding moment, love to see it. We can hear Gail in the background saying "Let's try something different".
It cuts to some writing and then we see that same scene of who I’m once again assuming it’s Abby standing alone in a snowy mountain, looking for Joel. We then pan to a scene of two people in a snowstorm. From what I can see, it’s Ellie and Dina. You can see Japan’s (Dina’s horse) light colour, and Shimmer (Ellies horse) famous white marking on her face. You can hear Gail saying "You can' heal something unless you say it out loud."
It is then followed by the music store scene from Seattle Day 1, where Ellie sings Take On Me by A-HA. Except, Ellie seems to be wearing Seattle Day 2 clothing (no jacket, jeans t-shirt) and Dina is also not wearing her Jacket (which is the only clothing we have seen her wearing in any other shot). It’s followed by Dina looking up at Ellie like she wants to jump and smooch her.
We then see Joel playing guitar on his porch and looking up, proving once again that they’re moving the flashbacks around, as this is literally one of the last scenes in the game. We see Ellie staring at him from a distance with a sad face. My guess is they will not showcase this entire scene right at hand, they’ll show the starter of the convo but stop before the conversation where Ellie says she wants to try to forgive him. But I also wouldn’t be surprised if they just showed the entire thing either, with how things are going. We also then have our first look at Jesse apparently doing some wood chopping? Or some type of snow work. You can hear Gail in the background saying "Say the thing you're afraid to say."
This scene is one of the few scenes that have highly intrigued me since this trailer was first released. We see Ellie putting her bloody switchblade in the sink. We have no context or clue of what this scene is. Some people have said it could be them replacing the acid burn, but I digress as Ellie already has her tattoo in this scene. There seems to be some sort of piece of clothing next to the sink too, so I wonder if she’s cleaning up someone else’s blood or her own. We can hear Gail in the background saying "Say it out loud, no matter what it is, no matter how bad."
We then see Tommy with his rifle in hand, looking out at the distance. It seems to be snowing pretty hard, and by his face and other shots of this same scene, it’s safe to say he’s looking at the horde on their way. The next scene is at the supermarket early in the game, when Ellie and Dina are on patrol. Isabela Merced has confirmed in a recent interview she filmed this scene with Bella, although we never see Dina in any of the scenes shown from this specific part. We can see a stalker in the background, and in the next shot we can see it coming from behind Ellie, as stalkers always fucking do. You can see blood dripping on the floor, and although you can’t see its face, I’d assume its coming from its mouth. We have a short shot of Gail saying "What did you do?"
We then have our first good look at Abby. She’s in front of a grave with a firefly pendant hanging from it, and she looks up her shoulder a second in. I’m assuming someone calls her name, and I’m assuming its her dad’s grave. She seems to have been crying, and pretty pissed off at that. We then pan to a shot of the horde by the lens of a binocular. We have then have once again the scene of Abby trying to escape the horde pressing against the fence, except we see this scene for longer now and we see her getting jumped by an infected when a revolver shows up and shoots it. If they're following the game, it's Joel's revolver. The music gets cut short suddenly by the sound of a gunshot, and we hear the same ringing noise as That scene from the game.
We then see a shot of three people on horses. If you zoom in, you can see Joel and Abby in the first, and Dina right behind them, showcasing they end up together somehow when Joel runs into Abby, which means Dina and Ellie got separated at some point. My theory is there's going to be two different patrols, the one with Ellie and Dina on the supermarket, and a different one where Dina heads off with Joel and Tommy stays in Jackson to fight off the hoard. Ellie's location in this whole ordeal is still unknown, although we have seen scenes of her wearing the same clothes with Tommy too (see attached still).
The screen cuts to black and the next shot is our first closeup of a Seraphite. This same Seraphite man can be seen again on the official trailer released this month. We also see the "Feel Her Love" writing on the wall and Ellie looking at it in fear? You can also see Dina in the back, so they're definitely together when they first encounter seraphites (which didn't happen in the game). That scene is followed by a shot of someone getting dragged by their feet on a horse. Some have theorized this is Dina based on the belt the person is wearing, but I doubt it.
The next scene shows an extremely beaten up (and naked) seraphite, probably imprisoned by the WLF, as we then see Isaac staring daggers at him in the very next scene. We also see in the next scene the horde crashing against Jackson's wall, that same shot again with Maria and two other people horsing away, and a Seraphite? (judging by the pulled up braid hair style, it is a seraphite) catching on fire. We then see Tommy and Maria together, Tommy has a gash on his eyebrow and there is blood dripping down his face.
We then see WLF soldiers (you can see the WLF symbols on their hats) crashing through a door with guns, and we then see the exact same scene from the first teaser of Ellie running and shooting. When you see the WLF busting through the door, you can see medical equipment behind them, meaning this is definitely the hospital. We then cut to the underground tunnels where see see people? infected? running towards something, and then a shot of both Ellie and Dina inside a subway train, with tons of infected crashing against the windows trying to come in. Dina seems to be in distress. Her hair also seems to be wet.
We then get again that same scene of Ellie screaming, but from a different angle, followed by one of Joel crying. The teaser ends with the TLOU logo popping up, and a last shot of the scene we saw earlier of Joel teaching Ellie to play guitar. Joel seems to have a worried/sad expression going on.

Wanted to start this with a disclaimer that this is just MY OPINION as someone who’s been following everything really closely and has a very harsh hyper fixation on the TLOU universe as a whole. All of this is purely hypothetical and a mix of what I think and/or want to happen. Don’t take anything in here as a hard truth, and do not come at me if it turns out to be completely wrong in the end lol.
P.S: this contains massive spoilers of the game.
FIRST LOOK
Going chronologically in the order of release, the first teaser was posted on August 4th, 2024. It starts with this shot of Ellie at the Jackson dance, which already shows us they’re moving the flashbacks around as we only see this scene in the game almost at the very end.
We can hear who we now know to be Gail asking Joel “Did you hurt her?” and he replies with no, then she asks him “Then what? What did you do?”
The next scene is a small shot of Ellie’s tattoo (that looks really good with the acid scar, may I add) followed by a scene of Gail ending her question (What did you do?) and a shot of Joel looking up at her. We have this shot of Ellie screaming that is still genuinely baffling to me as I really do not have any idea of what might be happening here besides Ellie waking up after Joel dies, as the person next to her seems to be Maria.
We are then followed by a shot of the horde running towards the wall of Jackson and Tommy shooting at them with his rifle. The next scene is our first look at the Seraphites who seem to be running to? from? something, which is then followed by a very short shot of Dina holding a lamp while she cries, she seems to be using the clothes from day 1 (if they follow the structure of when things happen in the game), my guess is this shot is in the underground tunnels of the subway.
The very next shot is of Ellie running and shooting at something. My guess is this is either at the hospital as we get this scene again in another trailer and I’ll delve into why then. The very next shot is of what I assume is Abby standing alone in the snow, probably on her way to look for Joel.
Then we have our first look at Isaac, pointing his gun at someone (probably a scar as this is a scene that comes up a lot in later trailers if its the same one). We then have the iconic scene of Abby trying to escape the horde of infected, climbing under the falling fence while the infected pile up on top of her. We have a split second shot of what it looks like to be Maria and two other people riding away on their horses, I’d assume this is during the horde’s attack on Jackson. The next scene is clearly at the subway tunnels, Ellie is screaming while a clicker is trying to get inside the train. This teaser ends with Joel shedding a tear and saying “I saved her.”

Ok so I’ve been actually HURLING at all the hate I’ve been seeing about Bella Ramsey as Ellie Williams in the TLOU show lately. Like, yes. I understood that there’s hate surrounding the casting for the show, but honestly I’ve just brushed it off until now because most of the time, no one’s ever happy with anything.
But recently, the hate surrounding Bella Ramsey is at an ALL-TIME HIGH. Almost every video I click on when I see a video concerning the TLOU show on TikTok has the most disgusting, rude comments. What’s more, I’ve been getting hate videos on my page myself about the “bad casting” for the show.
So welcome to my rant. Before I begin, if you’re here to try and argue with me or make any comment about Bella that is unkind, you will be receiving a strongly-worded reply from me. Anyway. Here’s my explanation for why Bella Ramsey is perfect for Ellie in the TLOU show.
Ok so first of all, we can just start with the obvious; Bella does look like Ellie. While they may not look EXACTLY like Ellie, she still is able to kind of radiate Ellie’s energy. A lot of people are saying that Cailee Spaeny would have been a better fit for Ellie. Here’s the thing though; Cailee would NOT have been able to play 14-year-old Ellie in season one. She only really looks like 19-21 year old Ellie if anything. Also, people are saying that Quinn (the main cosplayer of Ellie on TikTok) would have been a better fit. This is actually very angering because QUINN IS LITERALLY A COSPLAYER. NOT AN ACTRESS. Guys, I feel like it’s common sense here… cosplayers AREN’T actors???? Anyway. For those saying that Bella fits 14-year-old Ellie and not TLOU2 Ellie, have you NOT seen the BTS photos? It’s only been about 2 ish (?) years since they filmed the first season, and Bella looks CONSIDERABLY older. Isn’t it CRAZY that like… Bella was still growing too while the show was airing and whatnot? Not to mention…. MAKEUP and EFFECTS?
While we’re still on the topic of looks, let’s meander over to another argument; y’all hate and hate on Bella, but WHAT ABOUT PEDRO PASCAL? HE DOESN’T EXACTLY LOOK LIKE JOEL!!!! I mean it! But has ANYONE hated on Pedro for not looking like Joel? Nope! Which brings me to my next point.
Some people are upset over the TLOU casting simply because the actors aren’t as attractive as they wish. IN A NEUTRAL PERSPECTIVE, when comparing Bella to tlou2 Ellie, they definitely does not look like her in the sense that she’s less likely to be CONSTANTLY sexualized for being an attractive, queer-presenting female character. BUT LIKE…. AGAIN. BELLA ALSO PLAYED A FOURTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL IN THE FIRST SEASON. AND Y’ALL WERE MAD THERE TOO. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. CAN WE NOT GET MAD OVER NOT BEING ABLE TO SEXUALIZE AN ACTOR WHO PLAYED A LITERAL CHILD? This is why people wanted Cailee to play Ellie instead. Because she’s easier to sexualize over her looks.
In no way, shape, or form am I calling Bella unattractive. Like guys I’m going to be so for real right now. I love Bella Ramsey. Like, they’re literally so cute? And pretty? And handsome? All at the same time. Not to mention, they seem like such a SWEET human being like the things I’d do to meet Bella and have a conversation with them are insane.
So… why am I crashing out right now? This hate has been going on for so long! Guys, I opened the comments of a Bella Ramsey interview thinking I’d see comments like “I’m so glad Bella’s being open about her autism diagnosis!” (this is coming from someone who’s been diagnosed with autism since a young age and is glad to see someone like Bella talk openly about it) and instead found comments like “the down of us,” with replies only encouraging this cyberbullying. When looking into these comments more, I found that people are saying that Bella has Down Syndrome because of how she looks. I was actually disgusted, because like, not only is that hurtful to them, but to people WITH Down Syndrome too. Like you can’t just MAKE assumptions on someone based on how they look. Come on guys, we learned this in kindergarten.
Enough about how Bella looks. They’re fine as hell and look like Ellie. Can we just talk about how PHENOMENAL of an actor they are? Because seriously. They’ve got a successful career ahead of them. For example, Bella captures Ellie’s mannerisms PERFECTLY. Especially when she was younger, although Ellie was tough, she was still a goofy, nerdy kid. And Bella captures it PERFECTLY. Example in point, the Left Behind episode. While still keeping her “tough girl” persona in the beginning with Bethany, who she still beats up and is angry toward, Bella is still able to perfectly capture Ellie’s essence as a young teen, such as when Riley gives her the Will Livingston book, or even when Riley comes to get Ellie, and Ellie is angry towards Riley because of the fact that Riley left Ellie. Bella is even able to display romantic attraction towards Riley in, I must say, a beautiful manner. That scene on the carousel? I’ve been in that exact same place so so so so so many times. That LOOK? ON BELLA’S EYES. I can’t even explain the look in her eyes but it captures wlw longing so good… it’s truly beautiful. Currently, that’s my favorite scene in the whole show. AND SHE KEEPS GOING. AFTER, they’re able to display anger and sadness when Ellie and Riley are bitten by Infected. AND THIS IS ALL IN ONE EPISODE. ALSO. DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE EPISODE WITH THE DAVID DEBACLE. LIKE. HER ACTING WHEN SHE REALIZES DAVID IS GONNA RAPE AND KILL HER?? HER SCREAMING AND CRYING WHEN JOEL FINDS HER??? It’s Ellie. One hundred percent. I have NO DOUBT that Bella’s going to carry their acting talent to season two of tlou. No doubt whatsoever.
A lot of people need to also understand that canonically, Ellie is NOT this like, unbothered, nonchalant, dominant, hey mamas masc that she’s constantly headcanoned to be online. If you actually paid attention to the game, you would’ve seen that Ellie’s kind, caring, and while she may look the part, NOT a stereotypical dominant masc lesbian. Point in case, why don’t we just go through her JOURNALS? This girl loves her drawing, and her dinosaurs and stuff SO MUCH. NOT TO MENTION, when with Cat, the SECOND they kissed, Ellie freaked out because she was worried she infected her. She was also like worried about Joel and such. Even after they broke up, Ellie presumably maintained a healthy friendship with Cat. What’s more, Ellie cares for her friends. Once she found out Dina was pregnant, she did what she could to protect her. She made sure Abby didn’t kill her, and made sure Dina didn’t take her mask off when in the place with spores. We also DON’T see Ellie with any new partners after she leaves to finish the job with Abby, showing that she isn’t like, a player. So yeah. Ellie is just a young woman who’s trying to navigate her way through the apocalypse. And Bella is portraying that perfectly.
Ok time for me to just fangirl over Bella a bit. This person. Literally one of the coolest actors I’ve seen in a while. Like also, let’s just look at the very early stages of their career. FUCKING GAME OF THRONES?? PHENOMENAL. And mind you, they were only 11 YEARS OLD. 11. YEARS. OLD. That’s pure talent right there. And it’s not just like, she was an extra. No, she had a ROLE. Even there, at a young age, she was displaying a range of intense emotions on a big-time show. If that’s not some form of qualification for TLOU, I don’t know what is.
Okay, so including my conclusion and whatnot, about 1430 words later, I genuinely don’t know what else to say. Stop hating on Bella. Stop being a bigot and just accept the fact that no game adaptation is going to have a cosplayer as an actor and grow the fuck up.
Oh yeah. And one more thing. ASHLEY JOHNSON, the voice actor and face model for ELLIE WILLIAMS HERSELF IN THE GAME, said that after YEARS of searching, Bella was their perfect match to play Ellie. Let that sink into your head a little bit. Don’t you think that people who worked on the actual game know better than you? I thought so. Bella Ramsey is the perfect match for Ellie Williams, and whoever’s saying that they’re not is wrong. Go fuck yourself <3
