i am trading thinking about my wisdom teeth removal for thinking about dolls YIPPEE!!

me thinking that i'm coping with getting my wisdom teeth out in a week really well, until i remember that disassociating every time someone mentions anesthesia and my brain not allowing me to think about the procedure is not nearly coping well lol

however it is 1 billion% better than having nonstop panic attacks like i used to before medical procedures so i am glad that i have progressed and grown that much!!
