Lavender nodded, happy that his father was proud of his own creations. They were impressive, so he had a good reason to be proud!  When he heard the problem with the HandUnit, his smile fell a bit when he learned that his father didn’t really know how to keep it from getting glitched, but it quickly returned. “H-honestly…i-it’s kind of f-funny,” Lavender stammered, giggling slightly. It was a bit funny seeing how the HandUnit some how mixed his name up with Eggs Benedict.

Honestly, at first he had purposefully made the little unit so sassy and joking around for the fun of it. William had a sense of humor and was often told he was a funny guy, so it only made sense to him to let some of his humor rub off onto the technology he made, “I guess I programed a bit too much humor into the HandUnit. A while ago when an old friend came to visit I programmed HandUnit to do the opposite of what he wanted to do.” He let out a laugh, recalling back to the time: he still had his mischievous side from time to time.

Lavender smiled, the memories happily settling with him. The small man was happy to be with his father again, and the idea that Spring Bonnie and Fredbear still got some use was amazing to him. He nodded, agreeing that no one could be better than him as Spring Bonnie

“Th-the animatronics h-here a-are really w-well done!” Lavender said, remembering how Ballora moved pretty realistically. “B-but u-uh….I-i th-think th-the h-handy unit n-needs to b-be fixed,” his smile was a little nervous and he giggled, “I-it, u-uh, had a-an error wh-when I-i tried putting in m-my name a-and….it guessed th-that my n-name was ‘E-eggs Benedict’.”

William laughed, having to stop himself from grinning too much. He had a bit of an ego to him, especially when it came to his animatronics--they were his pride and joy for years when he had nothing left. All his heart and soul went into those metal children to make sure they were the best around.

“They show the effort I put into them well,” He tried to sound humble, “With their advanced AIs they learn quickly. Though at the mention of the HandUnit, he couldn’t help but let out a sigh, “Oh, yes, Handy.” William felt a little stupid calling it ‘Handy,’ “It’s glitched out a lot lately--I fix it and it seems to just get messed up the very next night.”
