Status Update

Hi there.

If you're seeing this post, you probably started following this account a pretty long time ago - because as one can obviously see, the flow of content from it has screeched entirely to a halt. And if you've been disappointed since you enjoyed that content, I'm really sorry about that.

I can't exactly give a good explanation as to why this happened - none that would interest readers of this blog, anyway - but the short answer is that life just caught up with me; real life issues, shifting thoughts and perspectives, and a general dissatisfaction with the quality of the work I was able to make, all of which led to my unwillingness to post said work until it was at a level of quality I was happy with... which all ended up cascading into a big fat hiatus spanning several years. Shit happens, y'know?

That's also why I kind of ended up falling behind on answering questions sent to me in the askbox. A lot of the time I just didn't want to log into the account. I guess I abided by an "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy, which obviously wasn't exactly sustainable.

This isn't a message announcing the shutdown of my account, or even the cancellation of the FNAF comic I post. I actually still plan to finish that comic - someday. It'll happen, so long as I don't end up kicking the bucket in the intervening timespan. It's a story that's very important to me, and I want to see it through.

I'm going to start posting some art on this account again, some FNAF-related, some not. If you still find my content enjoyable after all this time, I appreciate it. And if you've lost interest, that's fine too. I just figured I'd throw a heads-up into the digital void to prevent myself from becoming another one of those online people who just vanish and stop posting forever with no explanation, and you're like, "Huh, what the hell ever happened to that guy?"

I'm returning from the abyss briefly to tell anyone still following this blog that the FNAF movie is excellent and you should all go watch it

My situation is mostly boring and complicated and the drought in content can't really be adequately explained, but I will say that I haven't forgotten about my comic; unless I literally die IRL it will eventually be finished
