Day 2 Complete!
5 minute warmup on the bike, 20 minutes elliptical, and then this after work. I was vibing today big time, super fun! It’s really exciting to see people with thick legs and lil bellies, something I never thought i’d see from Beachbody tbh. I’m already looking forward to tomorrow, Shaun T’s joy is contagious!
Nutrition wise, I only had around 1000 calories and that’s not enough, but i am proud of myself for getting up that far, and tomorrow is a new day.Â
