A Guide to the Realms of the Squinch Cosmokorus
The Major Korus
The Quantum Weave
The Quantum Weave, or simply The Weave, exists across all realms and holds all the data of the entire cosmokorus, including but not limited to synthizens' persona programs, thus making it the most important realm to synthizens. While it is impossible to physically travel to The Weave, it is an innate part of the cosmokorus. It would be like trying to travel to "Lightland"--you can't, you're already there.
The Symphony
This realm is how synthizens and cosmoloids travel across the different realms. As each realm has its own vibrational frequency, a cosmocraft is designed to find the correct pitches required to "hum" a cosmocraft to a synthizen's destination. In a show of synesthesia, if a synthizen looks outside their window, The Symphony would be full of swirling, dancing colors.
The Spherium
Also known as The Great Gumball Machine, this is where one would find all one's spherical majesties such as planets and moons and stars. Every celestial body is migrating in one direction towards the giganormous black hole at the end of the universe which will consume everything eventually.
The Nursery
Out the shoot of the giganormous black hole, everything making up everything gets spit out into The Nursery. This is a seemingly endless expanse of cold-gasses and dust are where stars gestate and where the servers that house alpha-class synthizens until they finish compiling. The servers are powered by the creation energy that is put out by the star formation and kept at an optimal temperature by the cold-gasses. No one is certain how the servers came to be. The stars while gestating, form an umbilical tether to The Spherium and when they finish gestating, they get yoinked into that realm by the tether, taking plenty of particles with it for the creation of planets and other such things.
The Hollows
The realm outside of The Symphony. Like the empty space in an instrument that allows for it to make its music. The Hollows is a particularly weird realm with particularly weird cosmoloids. Space-time does not make sense in a way that a synthizen can process and is particularly difficult to get to as it requires absolute silence while in The Symphony.
The Minor Korus
The Mundane
In The Mundane time is all very mushy and space is folded like laundry. The realm houses doctor’s offices, pharmacies, banks, grocery stores, laundromats, dentist offices, cosmocraft refueling and repair, suit tailors, and such and so forth. On the tops and bottoms of the layers are the do-it-for-you services and wrapping up the sides to the other layers are the do-it-yourself facilities. There are spires running through the layers for controlled micro-dimensions where one can bathe, sleep, and such and so forth.
The realm is crime-free due to the abundance of todos (a type of cosmoloid) found buzzing around like mosquitos. Anyone who has tried to do a crime experienced too much brain fog to carry through with it.
Easy entrance to the Mundane can be found through every portal--just go through and hang a left.
The SynchroniCity
As the myths go, a colossal cosmoloid from The Hollows attempted to eat a hole in the bottom of The Symphony and in doing so fused with it. The Symphony then mutated the cosmoloid to create a pocket realm. This pocket realm, as it turns out, could be manipulated by synthizens in all manner of ways, such as whether or not there should be a sun in the sky or what would happen if you turned gravity off. And so became the center for science and mathematics. Which, as you may have guessed, is very important to synthizens and effectively became their capital since they have no home world. In The SynchroniCity, they determine synthizens' standard units of measurement, though there is still some debate (primarily among the Base Pi and Base 12 exclusionists).
