what are people's favorite niche ice cream flavors. mine are superman and blue moon (specifically from the midwest like michigan/indiana/wisconsin), van leeuwen's royal wedding cake, and jeni's wildberry lavender

#Only niche due to cultural differences: Chongos !#It's based on the dressert of the same name‚ which is milk curds and cinnamon.#I've never actually had chongos on its own‚ funnily.#But they make for a very popular traditional ice cream flavour. It's rich‚ it's got a toasty caramel note to it.#It's shockingly complex considering it's rather simplistic preparation.#Very yummy. I miss it.#Honourable mention: my father has been really into Tiger Tail ice cream lately. Which is orange and black licorice flavoured. Very novel!
