my new pet peeve is people treating Emily and Rossi as though they are in the same age group in any way. Paget is still 3 years younger than Joe was when he joined the show twenty years ago. Even in universe Emily is 56 and Rossi is 70! They aren't peers, you're just so used to women dyeing their hair that you see a woman going grey and assume she must be ancient.
