Wait UberEats can deny you from telling them things were missing and getting a refund? I didn’t know that! Then again, I’ve never had to report so many times that they would do that. Is it if you do it so many times in a short period of time or is it like over the whole time? Which does kind of suck because you’re right, why should you be punished for something that wasn’t your fault. I’m guessing that people take advantage of that feature though, pretending like they forgot something for things to end up refunded. Sounds like you haven’t had much luck with Uber Eats which is kind of a bummer but at least a lot of the places around Bayview deliver anyway so maybe go that route next time! Nah, food is too important we feel your pain about having your food denied to you. That’s just weird, but I agree, there should be a way to make sure that it doesn’t mess up that much. Especially when they depend on things like you know, your business? Too bad you couldn’t get your money back because he most certainly didn’t deserve a tip that you put on it too. But I agree, if random food got dropped off at my door I’m not sure if I would eat it, as much as I love food. I’d be afraid someone did something to it. That’s crazy! The fact that they’ll get the five bucks and they think that’s worth it. People are so scammy, and that’s just not cool. Guess I’m not surprised, there are some shitty people in the world. Isn’t it super hard to get ahold of regular Uber support too? Well maybe with time you can work up to the other nine laws. But it’s probably the most important one. That no is a full sentence. Think we forget that it’s okay to just say no. And that be that. Not yet! Thankfully.
Of course, they hold the power, I’m just a weak user. Maybe they prefer you over me. I hadn’t reported anything in a while, but they said this time it was my fault so I should just be smarter next time around and less of an idiot. Obviously, not in those words, but that’s how I felt it in my soul. I understand why they limit the amount of time, but also it’s not my fault if they got it wrong a few times, why should I be the one who pays for things that aren’t what I ordered? Thank you for agreeing with me, it makes me feel much better about myself. I’ll message them back and tell them that at least Elizabeth Olsen agrees with me, so they are very obviously wrong. Yeah I’m going to call directly the places I want to order from next time, I’m sure the deliveries will be better, and the money I spend won’t go in some big company’s pocket and in a local shop instead, so it’s a win for everyone everywhere. Except for Uber, but they also won’t miss my money and they probably don’t really need it, even if I spend quite a bit (too much) of my money in Uber every months. They should make me a partner at this point. I really need to cook more, I’ve become lazy and always take the easy way out. See, now I know not to drop off random food at your door, even if I think I’m being helpful it’d just go to waste. And wasting food is one of the biggest no no in my opinion. We get a little paranoid don’t we? I mean, we have reasons to, but I wish we didn’t. That I could eat just any cookies dropped at my house. I hope they feel very guilty about it, but we know they probably don’t and will just create a new account again and again to scam us all. I almost was late to the airport one day because of three people doing that in a row. Nearly threw my flour on the ground because of how bloody upset I was. Any kind of Uber support, it’s also never in the right place, why do I have Uber Italy when in Bayview? I know for sure I wouldn’t be able to get to Uber Italy if I was there. They do it on purpose, I know for sure. I have to work up to them? I’m not that smart, I don’t think I’m going to be able to do that.
