I'm a visual person, so you'll find plenty of pictures on my blog. Drum corps, coffee, nature, menswear, and whatever else crosses my mind. Mellophone. I marched 2012 and 2014 Blue Devils, and 2009-11 Glassmen. I age out in 2015. This is my 11th year of playing french horn. I play tenor horn in brass band and trumpet occasionally. Blue Devils 2015 - INK

Hi, I have a question about the BD corps jackets. A lot of members have a ton of years on them, and some are blue or gold. What do the colours mean? The blue and gold don't even correlate with championship years, that's why I am confused.

Blue with a white shadow means you were in the A corps. Just blue is B corps, and white is C corps. The years in gold are years we won, and some people have silver years for second place. Some people who have marched B corps may have other gold years when they won open class.
