Workout-not a bony person
To be honest I hate to workout, I used to work out a lot about 5 years ago, but in this relapse it´s like I´m not up for it, plus I feel so weak after it.
What I learned during treatment is that 500 calories a day counts as not eating because even if you don´t work out, you burn almost everything just walking. So I am trying to save my energy for school and sex and drawing.
So here´s what I´m doing right now:
3 rounds of 25 sit ups, I breathe for 30 seconds, in between them, then 25, then more breathing, then 25 more. So a total of 75 sit-ups.
3 rounds of 50 jumping jacks.
I like to swim so I go swimming for about half an hour everyday.
Arm exercises that help you make them skinnier: you put your arms in front of your face, your two elbows and your hand touching like your are praying and pull them up from your chin to your forehead: I do this the same way of the abs, only three times a day (I have a thing with arms, I just hate mine).
I am not a “bony” person so my bones don’t show up a lot, before treatment I weighed 38kg and still my bones weren’t showing as much, but this time I want my collar bones to be out there. This exercise helps: you move your shoulders in circules to the back 50 times, then you put your hands on your shoulders and move your elbows in circles for 50 times. I do this a couple of times a day and is helping a lot.
*Like I said I am not a bony person, I´m probably never going to be one, the trick is to know your body so you know what you can accomplish. For example: I have very thin legs, no ass at all, so I really never had to worry a lot about them.
*Heads up: the collar bone I have the freckle, is bending because I´m moving my shoulder to take the selfie, so both of them look like the other collar bone.
Also, I´m doing the 720-500 calories diet, so the weight loss is going to be slow, that´s also a reason why the pictures won´t be of a SUPER SKINNY ANA right away, and I don´t want to go back to the hospital for now, so my ultimate weight goal would be 40 kg which is low, but not I’m about to die low.
So anyway what I´m saying is, be Ana, be Mia, but be patient, or else you´ll end up being a patient at a facility before even reaching your goal weight.
Balance :)
consistency is key 🔑
I don’t think I’ll ever look like this but this whole look is so adorable 🌺
🌿🖤Honestly…🖤🌿
Note to self: Get over eating junk out of boredom (or really any emotionally driven feeling) imagine just
chunky🌭…lukewarm…squishy🍕…tasteless…cardboard-like mass in between your teeth💀. Then, at a snail’s pace🐌, slipping down your tongue👅. Then your throat.
Down.
Down.
DOWN.
Feeling every inch of thick mush travel down your esophagus. You’ve just digesting disgusting , slippery junk. 🤢
Food is for people who don’t want to die
some thinspo
thinking about these things always keeps me so motivated. //
imagine waking up and feeling weightless. your thighs aren’t touching. your waist is slim and your stomach is flat. you take up such small space. friends and family offer you piggyback rides, and you don’t feel ashamed because they comment immediately how light as a feather you are. the cashier at the store looks at you in awe when all you buy is a pack of gum and water. your clothes are aesthetic. and everything looks good on you. people treat you like glass because you’re so skinny that they feel they might break you. you feel comfortable sitting on someone's lap and not fear that you are crushing them. you’re happy. you’re skinny.

☁️random tips☁️
🍒stretching your arm/legs/abdomen helps slim you down A LOT.
i do about 15-20 mins of stretching
-which sounds boring but putting on ur favorite show/playing music gets it over with pretty fast
🍒if you are having trouble with your waist, do planks and side planks.
i know they can be hard but you can work up to longer times.
i do 1min 30sec each side and 2mins regular planks
-it doesn’t really matter how many times you do them, i do them whenever im bored tbh and you see progress fast
🍒doing lots of squats and wall sits help keep your legs toned
i would rather have skinny but toned legs rather than skinny, fatty legs
-try to hold for at least a minute
-the more you do, try to add a little more time (i’ve held for 6-7 minutes once)
—random ass tip that you really dont have to follow—
k so for some weird ass reason, i find it really attractive to have a toned vastus medialis oblique(VMO), which is location on the front of your thigh, right above your kneecap.
this is a little excercise i do to keep that muscle toned:
-sit down on the floor with your back, shoulders, and glutes up against the wall.
-sit up tall and bend your left knee in toward your chest with your left foot flat on the floor. extend your right leg out in front of you with your foot slightly pointing out to the right
-without leaning away from the wall, lift your right leg in the air as high as you can and hold for as long as you can.
-switch legs and repeat.
i dont have a set amount of time i have to hold or how many reps, but you will notice the muscle toning in just a few days.
I love exercise ideas!
Recipe #2
Zucchini lasagna boats (zasagna? 😂) (Per 1 boat = 50kcal)
I made these for the whole family and they never suspected a thing about how low cal they were 😂 I guess that just shows how rich in taste and flavour they are!!
Cut your relatively uniform zucchini in half (we will be using only ONE of the haves), and then using a spoon hollow it out, leaving around ¼ inch round the sides. Remember that 100g zucchini = 17kcal (recipie kcal count based on 1 zucchini half weighing 100g, adjust the kcal according to how much your half weighs).
Prepare tomato sauce- add 80g tomato puree (30.4kcal) to mixing bowl and add 50ml water because the sauce will evaporate a lot in the oven. Then add salt and pepper and also garlic, onion and ginger granules (or fresh if you have some) to taste. The garlic, onion and ginger will boost your metabolism, you can also add some chilli flakes for one extra kick.
Pour sauce into boats and add some oregano and basil for that authentic Italian taste.
Cover with foil and bake in 400F/195°C oven for 40mins
Uncover and cook for another 5mins (at this point if you want, you can sprinkle some cheese on top before you put it back in for the 5 mins, but just be aware that it will add between 25-50kcal more to your meal).
Leave to cool and enjoy!
If you want to, you could also cook some mince and put it into the sauce before you put the zucchini in the oven the first time, but remember that it’ll add extra kcal.
TOTAL: 47.4kcal per boat
If you use vegan cheese it makes the recipe vegan 🌱
Low cal soup 🥣
Super flavorful! It's nice when you need something that has a taste to it and you don't want to eat.
Recipe 🥣🍲🍜
1 tablespoon soy sauce (15)
1 teaspoon siracha (0)
Water (0)
Salt (0)
-optional-
Whole spring of green onion (5)
Medium mushroom (4)
Boil and combine!
Honestly this is one of my favorite things to have when I'm restricting, it tastes super yummy!!! (The chili in the siracha boosts your metabolism too 😉) I know soy sauce is salty already, but I think it tastes better with just a pinch.
RECIPE: tomato pizza!!
these shits are like ~9 calories per slice!!!
and they taste AMAZING. and i’m not just saying that! my mom (who doesn’t have an ED mind you) said they were delicious as well.
what you’ll need:
1 roma tomato (10)
2tbsp parmesan cheese (43)
about a tsp of dried basil (0)
about a tsp of garlic salt (0)
about a tsp of oregano (0)
salt & pepper (i forgot to do this so it’s definitely optional) (0)
the original recipe i used says to use olive oil but i don’t see any reason to. they won’t stick to anything since the tomatoes are so juicy.
i used parchment paper for easy cleanup!
directions:
preheat oven at 450°F. alice roma tomatoes into 6 thick slices. place on parchment paper covered pan. sprinkle parmesan cheese onto each tomato (i had a tbsp of parmesan cheese per 3 tomatoes). season to taste. bake for 14 minutes. EAT!
they don’t stick at all but they are very juicy and soft which is why they look so deflated! but they are SO good! i made 6 slices and had 5 for only 44 calories!!
