Hi Stacie, do you think it's embarrissing for guy to be knocked out by a girl? Yes, this happened to me: During our fitness sparring she catched me by accident with her hammer fist, and I had to say "good night", litarally. She sent me senseless to the mat for half a minute.

Nothing wrong with that, I have done it to a few people I have trained with, even with rubber sandals strapped to my feet, my spin kick has taken out a few males, and females, but usually it has been in self defense situations, which includes me having kicked the attacker with high heel shoes on my feet
