I’m going to keep bringing this up because the fact that so many people understand what it’s like to be ridiculed for being over weight from a young age disgusts me. I know many people will re-tweet or reblog this out of humor and I don’t find it funny at all cause all the things that they tweet about is a moment that actually happens and is devastating. If you don’t think that a mother has told her daughter she’s worthless and no guy will ever look at her because she’s over weight you r wrong and if you also don’t think a girl or guy has cried in a store trying on clothing cause they think they aren’t worth it you would be wrong again. And also if you notice it’s not just girls who have this problem boys do to and I personally believe we should stop fat shaming especially towards young children who will grow up thinking they are worthless. Rant over.

The Difficult Thing About Being An Aries

You’re definitely an amazing person, fiercely protective and someone with a good heart. It may get overlooked sometimes because you have such a strong personality. But those that know you best know how much of a “softie” you really are. Something problematic for you is showing that vulnerable side. You use your toughness or hard shell as a coverup, probably more than you need to. When someone takes advantage of you, it hurts you deeply. And that’s understandable. So you kind of learn from that in a way and try all measures to not have it happen again. But what makes others feel like they can trust and get to know you is when they can see how relatable you are to them and their needs. You have a big heart, I can’t stress that enough. You just make it your mission to weed out the undesirables and give your love to those who deserve it. Again, no problem there. But don’t be afraid to show some weakness. It doesn’t mean you’re not strong. It’s just human nature and something we all can relate to.

this is for the girls whose moms didn’t raise them to be comfortable and positive about their body. the kids that watched their mom do extreme diets and pick on their own bodies since elementary school. the kids who’s moms made them feel insecure about their bodies and feel pressured to do the same, as their mom did with the diets and hatefulness towards themselves. for the kids who cried in the dressing rooms of department stores when everything made you hate your body. when the biggest size wasn’t enough. when they made you second guess everything you ate. this is for those kids that weren’t raised body positive. you guys are beautiful.
