Hello! :) I'm starting this blog to help myself recover from my binge eating disorder. Everything started off last year when I got a lot of problems and I turned to eating to comfort myself. I have gained 10 lbs due to bingeing and I don't want to go on like this and I'm going to try intuitive eating. I really wish all the best to everyone who has these issues.
