Stana Katic was born April 26, 1978 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She's best known for her role as Detective Kate Beckett on ABC's Castle. Stana will be seen next in the straight-to-series show Absentia, premiering in 2017. She is the founder of the Alternative Travel Project and has her own production company, Sine Timore Productions.
