As for myself I usuallyyy try to mimic the manga as close as possible, but lately I've been developing my own style (˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵) It really depends on his age. When he's older I give him a more pt 1 Dio like build. Though... clearly not too bulky.

Dainty Gio is certainly more common, but I’ve seen various artists on twitter n’ Pinterest give Gio a more chiseled face and masc build. No hate to either side of the spectrum! Live your truth.
