I had soooooo much fun painting the boots and the outfit!!! I really like this piece, it's so glittery and fun :) tell me, who should I draw next?? I was thinking about musa maybe...

~also, slightly unrelated, I'm rewatching my little pony from the beginning and I got some tinkerbell books, so you may expect art of them in the near future :) I might even do crossovers?? like mlp characters as winx fairies or something!!

A more rendered version of Flora!!

Thinking about the Winx having to embrace their opposite / weakness to explore the full potential of their powers.

It could be a bonding moment between Flora and Tecna but maybe not? Instead of natural versus artificial it could be more like: Tecna being challenged by how chaotic her powers can be and Flora realizing that death and decay is a part of nature. Sometimes there isn’t just one answer to a complex question and sometimes you have to embrace change.

Stella has to face that darkness is there too and that she can’t be “afraid” of it which could help her use her moon powers more often? Or just generally understanding that light can’t exist without the dark.

For Bloom, I was thinking of fire and destruction. The Dragonflame is known for creation and she uses her abilities to heal most often while classically fire burns and destroys.

Musa having to endure silence. Alone with her thoughts and memories and not drowned in sounds distracting her from reality.

I am not sure about Layla and her morphix powers. It’s molecules manipulation and control, most often constructs. Something something that leads to her having water powers? Accepting the natural state of it and then turning the molecules into the element that it is (water) to bend to her will? Maybe I don’t grasp what her weakness or imbalance, or whatever you want to call it, is.

Is there a life lesson behind each? Yes.

It has a bit Charmix vibes, I think. But this time I am talking like general use of powers and not just form connected.

Been in a #winxclub mood recently with the reboot around the corner so tried my hand at restlying? redesigning? just drawing the characters in my style!!
