The amazing art I commissioned of my incredibles oc Black Cat with Fironic from my lovely moot @stari0vibe, they did such an amazing job!

Lore under

One of Black Cat's weaknesses is extreme temperatures which caused his and Fironic's love to be doomed from the start because of Fironic's pyrokinesis powers.

They both were on Nomanisan Island/Syndrome's island together, trying to defeat the omnidroid as it was out after them. Running through the jungle-like surroundings of the island, the two were being hunted down just like animals. Black Cat was struggling to keep up after a close call with the omnidroid leaving him with large gashes across his chest from the omnidroid's metal claws. A piece ripped off of Fironic's cape wrapped around his chest to keep pressure on the wound and to keep him from bleeding out.

In the last effort to try and slow down the omnidroid, Fironic used his pyrokinesis powers. Hoping to cause enough damage to the metal beast to let the two of them get away. Only for the extreme heat of Fironic's powers to affect Black Cat more than it would the omnidroid.

From the extreme heat it triggers Black Cat's body to go into a shocked state sending him into an extreme heat stroke. His body hit the ground like a ragdoll as he gasped for air, the air that burned his lungs with each breath. Fironic was at his side in seconds, scooping up Black Cat's limp and burned body from the ground and holding him close. As he ran towards the nearest shelter of a cave.

Black cat didn't die at the metal claws of an omnidroid but from the burning love of Fironic trying to protect him. He took his last breath in Fironic's arms, listening to the quick heartbeat of his lover's heart before his eyes drifted shut. The soft cries of Fironic echo through the walls of the cave, tears falling up on Black Cat's face. Fironic leaves a kiss on Black Cat's forehead before saying his last words to his lover.

"I won't let you go...I promise.."
