Hey, Sonamy fans! We are indeed planning a Sonamy week here on Tumblr this year, and we want YOUR input!

We don't have dates yet, but stay tuned!

We'll be posting some rules and questions we've already answered later for your convenience!

We DO NOT have prompts yet! We've been coming up with ideas but would love to hear what you all think. Submit prompt ideas in our askbox or comment on this post, and we'll take them into consideration when planning the event.

The askbox is open if you have questions or suggestions! This blog is for information and anything you'll need to know about Sonamy Week '26.

Start spreading the word! If you know of a Sonamy artist, writer, craft maker, character analyzer, GIF set maker, or just someone who loves to post about Sonamy, let them know this event exists. We're trying to include as many types of creators as possible in Sonamy Week '26, and we want to make sure that everyone who wants to participate has plenty of time to get ready.
