there's something in his eyes, something about his gentle touch & velvet kisses that make her want to lose herself tonight — to abandon all caution out the window & simply allow herself to exist in his arms. in truth, she doesn't know what she wants from him, but she knows she wants him. she knows he haunts her thoughts & invades her dreams until he's the only thing she can see. & she knows that being with him is one of the few times she truly feels alive. that's what she wants — to feel alive, to feel again. time seems to stand still in that bathroom & there's something intimate in the way they lock onto each other, an intimacy olivia craves, even if she won't say it out loud. if he only knew how completely consumed she was by him ever since they met, how hard she's tried to forget him all this time, & how there's now a part of her thinking she'd never feel this way again with anyone else. worst of all, if he only knew how lonely her life's been ever since he wasn't there ( not that she would ever admit any of this ). a shiver delectably runs down her spine as they start kissing again, so tenderly it almost makes her weak in the knees, every nerve & sense now starting & ending with him until her heart's completely fused with his — like two halves of one whole. it feels consuming, it feels familiar, it feels like home. lips slowly depart from his, just enough for her hand to slide further down from his cheek, wanting to feel every texture & fabric underneath her fingertips as she slowly moves down his chest. a sea of blonde curls — messy and disheveled, frame her silhouette, almost effectively covering the nakedness of her torso as she moves away a little, just enough to show him a small smile before she decides to take initiative & wrap her fingers around the hem of his shirt, sliding it up. after all, it's unfair he's still fully clothed like this, especially when she wants to explore every inch of him too. she's trying to do it as effortlessly like he did, but it's tricker, far easier said than done, which explains her small struggle & a hushed giggle that ( surprisingly ) leaves her once she does, tossing it on the floor beside her dress. “ it's in the way, “ she informs him then, a grin tugging onto her lips.
