My problem with a black dress is that I feel like black hides my figure a lot. How are people gonna see that I have big boobs

Pairing a High Formality dress with a lower formality jacket is something people (especially LGBT folk) have done for a long time, and fits in many places, from dinner parties, to a club, or even a tournament or nicer (but not top class) restaurant.

The red color draws the eye away from your figure after a moment, and the leading created by the contrast would help keep the gaze on your face.
