From just an initial glace, Stella could not recall a brand that was even remotely similar to the one that was just handed to her by the hunter. “Of course. How many times had she reread the prince's note? Admittedly, the Tenebraen had lost count. She was thankful that no one had happened to be around to witness the loving smile that had been lingering on her features ever since she had initially laid eyes on the roses. White roses--Stella had always held a special fondness for the color. But now, after reading (and rereading) Noctis' reasoning behind his choice, she was exceptionally taken with them. The Fleuretian now had an answer for when someone asked her what her favorite flower was, a question that she had shrugged off prior to this day. 

She chuckled to herself, wandering eyes settling on the chocolate that "women liked." Though some may have perceived it differently, the blonde swordswoman found his thought process to be utterly charming. The male may not be the smoothest when it comes to love, but he was certainly the sweetest. His heart was always in the right place, and to someone like Stella, it was perfect. And it was true, she did quite enjoy chocolate.

That just left the enigmatic matter of the mysterious box. It was clearly stated, on both the cover and within the note, that it was meant for later. Stella sighed, pushing the pestering curiosity to the recesses of her mind. She would ultimately respect his wishes, despite the urge to, at the very least, give it a little shake. 

Her elated smile had been retained regardless, and she let out a soft hum of gratitude, hoping to cross paths with the person responsible for her present happiness in the near future. 

"Thank you, Noct..."

He shook his head. “Nothing I can’t handle,” he spoke confidently, smirking slightly to himself. “And it’s well worth it because I now have this free time to spend with you.”

She chuckled lightly, amused by his consistent dismissal of her concern. Of anyone's, really. "But of course. I would bet on you over paperwork any day." Her playful smile morphed into a softer, warmer expression upon processing his latter comment. "Anything is worth it, so long as we're together. It was a nice surprise--I wasn't sure if I was going to see you or not today."
