I could lay out here forever. Away from the world. I could stay here and never move. Away from the stress and the worries. I could rest my head and never move. At peace. Hearing the birds sing. Feeling the morning breeze. Looking out and seeing the never ending mountains, the flowing river and the stillness of the world. I could law out here forever.
I'll forever live in my mind. In my own world. Trapped inside of it, wishing to get out. I'll live inside my thoughts.
I'll write and write. To pass the time. To save my life. I'll write and write. To free my brain and save my mind. I've never been one to talk. To open up. So I'll turn to a pen and paper. I'll turn to the things I can write. Where I can truly express myself
You can sit and feel okay. You can feel normal and safe. Your out of the woods, out of the darkness. But the second you least expect it, they drag you back in and suck you under. Your no longer okay, your no longer safe. Your back in your old prison. Your body trembles and your hands shake. Your mind freezes and your breathes grow heavy. There was no trigger, no warning. Nothing. And now your reminded of just how much you need to feel ok
It's consuming is what it is. Emotions. So many of them, all so consuming. Too much of one is dangerous. Not enough of one is detrimental. Every emotion is important in its own way. Sadness helps us feel. Happiness shows us we can be free. Anger shows us we care. Every single one helps us know we are alive
You can tell me you will die for me,
Kill for me,
Lie for me,
Steal for me,
Hunt for me,
Hurt for me,
Cry for me,
Pray for me,
Move for me,
Stay up for me,
And yes, all that's great but will you live for me?
When the days get hard, will you get up every morning for me?
When the world is beating you down, will you contuie to fight against it for me? For you?
Will you live for me is the true question.
Let's run through the fields. Let's go until our legs give out. Let's lay and look at the sky, telling jokes till our lungs give in and our stomachs hurt. Let's stay where is peaceful. Where the world can't hurt us, can't affect us. Let's make our own happiness, our own home. Away from the chaos, away from destruction. Let's run through the field and never look back.
Follow the sun. Dance with the wind. Feel the rain on your skin. Watch as the moon rises and the sun sets. Lay in the grass. Sing with the birds. Lay with the tress. Live with the world
Our hearts will always be broken. Whether you guard them or not. So open your heart. Let it feel. Let it feel the happiness, the sadness, the anger, the pain, the hurt, the laughter. Let it feel every emotion. Because that's how you know you're alive.
One. Two. Your body feels light. Like it's floating. Drifting. Swaying. Your mind is emptied. A hole of nothing. Your heart slows..dup...dup.. slower and slower. Your thoughts drift away. Your eyes gloss over. Your pupil dilate. Your worries dissolve into nothing. Gone.
I never understood how people could get addicted to alcohol. I saw the side affects. I witnessed it first hand. Seeing the way it has to power to rule peoples life's. To control them. And I always told myself I would stay away. I didn't want anything to do with it. But all it took was one party. One drink. One taste of the burning sensation going to my body, making me sway. All it took was one sip. One drunk night. One night of peace. Happiness. Fun.
Now I crave and crave. I want more. I want more and more.
Drink, my body begs for more
Drink, my thoughts begin to fade. Drink, the world begins to turn.
Drink, the bones go heavy.
Drink, my world's begin to slur.
Drink, my legs begin to give.
Drink, everything is funny.
Drink, I think I'm happy.
Drink, nothing makes sense.
Drink, the world is happy.
Drink, my eyes begin to close.
Drink, I think I need to stop.
Drink, to feeling is to good.
Drin- I can't seem to think.
Dri- my mind begins to stop.
Dr- I'm passed out on the floor.
I'm scared I might be falling into the effects of addiction. My body craves the feeling. My mind begs for more. The feeling I get when I take a drink and everything goes tingly. How your body begins to sway. Your mind begins to go blurry. Things begin to make less and less sense. The world around you turns happy, worry free. It's a feeling a person craves when they have struggled so long with a broken mind. Its a feeling I'm always craving. Always wanting. Always needing
There is a certain feeling that comes with being submerged underwater. It's a feeling of being fully and utterly alone. There is no sound. No movement. No air. It's just you, your suffocating body
I think I'll always be a Wallflower. It suits me. I prefer to observe. To stand back and watch. To be on the sidelines. I enjoy watching others have fun
The answer is no. You're never cured, no matter how many pills or drinks you take. It's all only temporary right at the end of the day always have those demons that haunt you. They won't leave. They are part of you. And you must accept that in order to move forward in life
