Walking to the long path towards to ramshackle dorm with you and Idia walking side by side chatting on a topic that whatever comes to you guys mind.
Earlier this afternoon you were surprised on the text message that Idia sent telling that if you wanted to accompany him to grab the game that him pre ordered.
Taking this as a chance to hangout with him since it's not everyday that you see him go outside, you accepted the offer and went towards the location that he sent.
Fast forward to the present, with the game acquired and a new memory to cherish. You two arrive at the front gate of ramshackle.
"Thank you for letting me accompany you today idia" You smiled at him which he can't help but blush and hide his face with the use of the hood his hoodie and tightening the strings of it.
"I.. It's no problem.. Besides I should be the one thanking you. Without you my social interaction bar might overload if I went alone" Idia stammered almost giving a small peek from his hood as the tip of his hair turns into pink.
Holy fuck this guy is so cute. You really want to remove the hood of his hoodie and see his face. But before you could do that you noticed something really bright at the night sky. Looking up it looks like a shooting star is coming.
"Idia, look! It's a shooting star!" You beamed while shaking his shoulders to which made hin removed his hood to see the said shooting star. "Huh.. it is a shooting star" he said while looking at the sight before putting his gaze back to you smiling.
However, that shooting star seems to be a little bit familiar to you like it belongs to your beloved younger brother. Shrugging at the thought you looked back at Idia who was staring at you.
Caught in the act he immediately looked away as his blush deepened along with his hair slowly turning pink. He stared intensely at the grass, trying to formulate a coherent excuse, but his brain is completely short circuited that he couldn't think of any.
However, he noticed thats something is getting even more brighter than before. Looking up the shooting star that you two were admiring was slowly but surely coming closer to where you are.
"H-hey, [Name]..." Idia shrieked, his voice even cracked at the how high his voice went as he aggressively tugged at your sleeve with his fingers trembling. "Is it just me or is that shooting star literally getting even more bigger?! Like, It’s coming closer way too FAST! This is like an unexpected boss fight that we couldn't defeat. We need to RUN NOW!"
"Wait a sec, that looks really familiar... But HOLY IT IS COMING CLOSER" you yelled out, your eyes widening as the bright streak of light came even closer. Before you guys could run, it was already more closer to you.
With little to no time to run away, you decided to accept your fate as you planted your hands on Idia’s chest and shoved him backward, throwing him clear of the danger zone just as the dazzling star slammed violently into the ground right where you stood. "[NAME]!" Idia screamed.
The impact had kicked up a massive cloud of dust and smoke, making everything a blur. Idia scrambled to his feet, heart hammering against his ribs, as his hair flared wildly as he stared into the clouds of smoke that's floating around, terrified of what he is about to find once it all cleared out.
Instead feeling the crushing pain of a cosmic meteor, you felt a sudden thud against your chest, followed by a pair of small yet surprisingly strong hands wrapping tightly around your waist.
You coughed slightly as you wave a hand to try and clear out the lingering smoke. Looking down you blinked at utter disbelief. Sitting right on top of you, grinning from ear to ear with absolute glee, was your precious and beloved younger brother, Len.
"I finally found you, big sis/bro!" he cheered in triumphant. Holy frick, not only you got the biggest jumpscare of your life you also managed to reunited with your brother.
"What the- Len?! How did you managed to get here?!" You yelled out in suprise, you were really happy to see him don't get me wrong BUT how did he even managed to find you here.
"[Name]! Are you still alive?! Don't leave me alone with a game over screen!" Idia’s frantic voice came in. He scrambled over, almost losing his footing as he rushed over. But the moment he came to a halt, his jaw dropped.
Instead of a bloody sight that he was expecting, he was greeted by the sight of a kid - who he presume couldn't be older than ten - happily perched on your lap, clinging to you like a koala.
Ngl, the weird feeling of jealousy came into his chest and thought that it should be him at the position not that child that's somehow hogging all of your attention.
Realizing what he was actually thinking, Idia violently shook his head, with his face burning a deeper shade of red that could rival Riddle's hair he tried to delete the said thought from his brain's hard drive.
"H-hey.. who's this random character that appeared out of nowhere?!" He exclaimed, as the two siblings stood up from their position. Putting your hand onto Len's shoulder as you begun to introduce the two to eachother.
"Idia, meet my younger brother Len" you then urged your hand towards Idia. "Len, meet Idia my-" before you could even finish your sentence you were cut off. "Boyfriend?!" Len beamed, his eyes sparkling with that pure, unadulterated smile of his.
"WHAT?!" The shout left your and Idia’s mouths in perfect synchronization. The blush returned to both of your faces as Idia’s hair instantly flashed a deep, vibrant neon pink from root to tip, and he covered his face with both hands, groaning audibly as if his soul were leaving his body.
"AHEM anyways," you coughed loudly, slapping a hand over your mouth as you desperately tried to change the topic in hand. "how about we go inside the dorm and continue our chat about how you managed to get here there instead of standing out here in the dark?"
You turned back to gaze at Idia, the warmth still lingering heavily on your cheeks. You gave him a soft, hopeful smile. "Do... do you wanna join us inside? I can whip up something quick for you to eat, and... I'll even let you pet Grim."
Idia slowly peeked through his fingers, his golden eyes wide. The offer of food was great, but the promise of being allowed to pet the dorm's resident monster cat without getting scratched to pieces? That was a reward that he wouldn't refuse. "Deal, I could use this to recover from this event"

The night breeze swept through the open space, carrying with it is the faint, sweet scent of the nearby flowers that you planted at ramshackle dorm.
You were surprised that Riddle agreed to accompany you to star gaze even if it's for awhile since even if he's become a bit lenient with the rules, he still sticks with his curfew.
The soft fabric of the picnic blanket settled over the grass as a small basket of tarts and drinks that you had carefully packed sat between you. When Riddle turned his eyes toward you, the moonlight caught the sharp, elegant and beautiful lines of his features, softening them in a way that the harsh lights of the dorm lounge never could show no matter hard they tried.
"Hey, Riddle." He turned his head to look at you, the stiff and strict posture that he usually held melted away into something remarkably gentle upon hearing your voice.
"Thank you for accompanying me today to gaze at the stars tonight" you said gratefully as a small blush crept at your cheeks. Riddle blinked, a bit caught off guard by the sheer sincerity in your voice.
A soft, genuine smile pulled at the corners of his lips. Reaching out his hand, he patted your head with a sense of affection and steadyness as he smooth down a few stray strands of your hair.
"No need to thank me, Prefect," he said softly, his hand lingering for just a fraction of a second before he drew it back, turning his gaze upward to the shining and sparkling stars above. "Besides... I think I might have needed this after managing all the troublemakers at Heartslabyul."
He let out a small, weary sigh. His tense shoulder seems to slowly relax, even if it's a little bit.
"With the responsibilities of a housewarden, you look like you're carrying the weight of the entire dorm on your shoulders," you said, leaning back on your hands as you looked up at the sky with him. "Though I suppose with Ace and Deuce around, that's practically a full time job."
Riddle let out a breathless, amused huff, shaking his head. "That's an understatement. I can't get through the day without hearing any trouble from those two." He shifted his position, putting his knees slightly closer to his chest as he looked at the night sky. The brilliant glow of the moon reflected in his eyes.
"I know that I'm known to be a stickler to the rules," he trailed off, a faint, rosy tint dusting his cheeks that had absolutely nothing to do with the chilly night air. He cleared his throat lightly, trying to regain a bit of his usual composure, though his eyes remained incredibly soft when he looked back at you.
"However, after spending so much time with you, I found myself realizing that some moments like these are worth bending the schedule for. The stars are exceptionally clear tonight, and I am glad I decided to see them with you." You smiled, as the blush on your cheeks deepened as the the warmth spreads all the way to the tips of your ears.
"I'm glad you came too, Riddle," you said softly, your voice barely louder than the rustle of the grass. "It means more to me than you know."
As the atmosphere settles into something comfortable, a bright, blinding streak of light cuts across the dark sky, illuminating the clearing in a sudden, harsh flash.
"Ah, a shooting star," Riddle noted, his eyes instantly tracking the luminous beam. "It's a remarkably bright one at that. If Ace were here, he would probably tell you to make a wish, though I find the concept a bit childhish—"
Riddle froze mid-sentence. The streak of light wasn't fading like a normal meteor should. In fact, it was expanding by the second, growing wider, blindingly brighter, and casting an intense, violent glow over the entire clearing. And worse, it was heading directly toward your direction.
Meanwhile, the color completely drained from your face as the roaring light drew closer. Fucking hell, why is it moving even faster?! Panic surged through your veins, and you immediately tugged hard at Riddle's sleeve to pull him back.
However, Riddle's reflexes worked faster. "PREFECT, LOOK OUT!" Before you could even process at the incoming light, you felt a pair of arms locked securely around your waist. Riddle tackled you hard to the side, shielding your body with his own as you both tumbled off the picnic blanket and onto the grass.
A split second later, the object impacted the ground with a muffled, thudding shockwave, sending a thick cloud of shimmering cosmic smoke and stardust billowing over both of your visions.
You coughed lightly, blinking through the thick smoke that now is slowly fading from the space. The sharp, metallic scent of ozone filled the air, and for a second, everything was dead silent except for the frantic, rapid racing of your heartbeat against your chest.
"Prefect! Prefect, speak to me! Are you unharmed?!" Riddle’s voice cracked with an intensity you had never heard from him before.
As the haze began to clear, you realized he was still pinning you to the grass, his arms locked securely around your waist like a protective shield. His eyes were wide with sheer terror, frantically scanning your face for any signs of injury. His pristine dorm uniform was covered in dirt and soot, and a few strands of his perfectly styled red hair were completely disheveled, but he didn't seem to care in the slightest.
"I'm okay, Riddle. I'm fine, I promise," you managed to squeeze out, your voice trembling not from the impact, but from the sudden, overwhelming realization of what had just crashed near the dorm.
"Thank goodness," Riddle let out a ragged breath, his tense shoulders sagging as he finally let you go, though his hand still gripped your wrist tightly. He snapped his head toward the small crater a few feet away, his expression hardening as he drew his magical pen. "To think a meteorite would land precisely on near school grounds… Stay behind me, Prefect. It could still be unstable, or worse, radioactive—"
"No, wait a sec, Riddle!" you yelled, tearing your wrist from his grip and throwing yourself forward.
"Prefect, what are you doing?! Get back here!" Riddle shouted in absolute disbelief, reaching out to grab the hem of your shirt, but you were already scrambling toward the center of the smoke.
As you reached the edge of the small impact zone, the blinding light began to fade and dissolved into a soft, pulsating sphere of pure, stardust gold, no larger than a beach ball. From the center of the glow, a young boy opened a pair of wide, luminous eyes that perfectly mirrored your own.
The little boy blinked up at you through the fading smoke and let out a tiny, soft gasp.
"Big sis/bro…?" a small, tinkling voice whispered, sounding like wind chimes in a gentle breeze. Small hands reached out from the crater, weakly reaching for you. "I finally found you!… I fell a long, long way, but I found you!"
A rush of warmth flooded your chest. It was your precious baby brother Len. It seems like he left home just to search for you all over the galaxy.
Without a second thought, you reached down put your arms into his side, pulling them tight against your chest. "Yeah, you found me," you whispered back, a tear slipping down your cheek. "You're safe now. I've got you."
Behind you, the sound of footsteps came to an abrupt halt. Riddle stood entirely paralyzed at the edge of the crater, his magical pen lowered, his jaw slightly slack as he stared at the scene.
"Prefect…" Riddle’s voice was barely a whisper and slowly, Riddle walked closer, his shoes crunching softly against the grass at the edge of the small impact crater. The thick smoke had finally settled, leaving behind a big hole at the ground (you'll think a way to fix that, for now family goes first).
"We should head inside of ramshackle dorm instead of staying out here. It would be much safer and more comfortable" he said while lowering his voice to not startle the boy, who he presumed was at the age of 10.
You nodded quickly, carefully shifting Len to carry him to your back. Riddle stepped in closer to pick up the picnic blanket and the basket of tarts you had abandoned in the chaos.
He shook off the dust and dirt with a flick of his wrist, holding the items securely under one arm while using his free hand to guide you down the dark, winding path back to your dorm.
"Watch your step," Riddle murmured, keeping his pace matched perfectly to yours. "You might trip to the ground if your not careful."
