Is Lacey Sturm Homophobic or not. I really want to know because i’ve looked into it and seen multiple things.

One saying she loves everyone and accepts everyone for who they are and she once gave a speech talking about how god still loves gay people no matter what.

Some say she doesn’t agree with some aspects of religion and is more into the spiritual side of love and faith.

I saw someone on here a while back say that she did a tour with Otep once  and Otep is openly Lesbian so I highly doubt she let Lacey tour with her if she was Homophobic.

But I have seen people on Twitter (April 6th) start tweeting about Flyleaf and Lacey being Homophobic because someone posted a Tweet of “All Around Me” and saying that they had no idea it was about Jesus. So I don’t know what to think, they obviously had to get the information from somewhere, can you please help me find out. I really love Her and Her Music, but I have relatives who are LGBT so I really need to know about this for sure.

I tried to find the video I saw but I guess it was deleted. But I saw something from, I think a Christian convention because she was seated near the ladies of Skillet, and talked about how she had a girlfriend at one time but broke up with her when she was Christian to be in line with what God wanted and that he rescued her from the sin of homosexuality and seemed to infer that gay people could just  “become straight”.  She was heavily involved with Billy Graham Ministries which endorses gay conversion therapy. I believe she also did an event with…I think whosoever ministry called  “Coming Out of the Homosexual Lifestyle”. Honestly, I think she got surrounded by some really toxic people in the Christian community. Honestly, that kid could sleep through anything. What was worse? I couldn’t find my headphones so I couldn’t even drown him out. I was close to just getting up and sleeping in the hallway.
