There is a message in the minerals… For the life of me I can’t figure out what it’s trying to gell me, but I get the vague feeling that there is intelligent life watching me… Maybe it’s a message from the Atlas. Maybe it’s a message from what controls the Atlas… Maybe… it is the very word of GOD.

Hello? Star Pilot Josie? It's me, Pilot Remicon. I've found something a while ago, and while I have posted logs on it, I'm not sure if any fellow pilots might know something about it that I don't. Have you heard of something called the Atlas? Big metal looking diamond, pulsing red orb?
I’ve heard stories! Some say it’s a myth, but I’m going to take a chance and try to find it as well. Who knows what it might be! Being by myself, it might be a way to get into contact with others again.

Some of these structures make it look like this planet may have once been covered in water. Interesting coral-like things, reminiscent of a sea-bed.
Found the beacon!
Apparently there are people nearby requiring assistance. They’ve sent out a distress signal.

What happened? I must have dozed off... But no matter, on to exploring!
Finding that this planet is quite barren. And for some reason turns green at night. It puts a lot of pressure on my life support, which is frustrating.
Found a signal to a beacon. I’ll be travelling that way now, hopefully it’ll lead me in the right direction to meet up with my crew. At least give me an idea to where I should be headed.

A-anyway, I'm Pilot Remicon, part of the "PC Wave" of the No Man's Sky Project. We depart tomorrow, and I was wondering if you would be willing to tell me what it's like out there. I mean, I know we've trained and studies for this. But you never know, and I want to be as prepared as possible. Is there anything I should be wary of?

Oh, thank goodness! Another pilot! You have no idea how much I thought I would never hear a human voice again… It’s been days since communications ceased for me.
So far I have not encountered anything hostile in my journeys. But I just landed on a new planet and am a bit more wary. It seems quiet… too quiet here. I’ll have to report back and let you know.
Is there anything on your end that you’ve encountered that I may want to avoid?

Nice to know I can even reach you way out there. Anyway, nothing really crazy has happened here other than the send off for the first wave of pilots a couple days ago. Although I’m pretty sure the crazy won’t start till I get out there myself tomorrow. The planet you’re on is quiet? It could be a dead planet. We touched on that a little in the classes over here. But still, it’s good to be careful, you never know what you might find.
Careful is usually the smartest way while wandering around these parts. Space is a dangerous place...
Will be great to have more crew up in the stars with us! Glad the "PC Wave" will be helping us PS4 crew out. These stars need claiming!

A dust storm has started brewing. I'm isolated in my ship until this passes. Sure gets violent around here. Decided to sketch some creatures from the last planet while I wait!
Pilot Theo Fontaine Mission Day: 3 Pilot Status: Managed to stop bleeding
Oh god, I am not in a good way. Day 3 and I already almost died? Guuh, beyond being painful, this is just embarrassing. So I haven’t been finding very many specimen worth writing home about. So far there’s been really nothing bigger than maybe Earth-Dog size, and all in all, very unassuming. Imagine my surprise when walking through some tall grass and I suddenly receive a wallop that sends me sprawling to the ground. My sensors indicated a suit rupture on my left side, because the huge gash i received just wasn’t enough to let me know. I looked up and lo and behold, a friggin space deer winding up for another murderous charge. A space deer! Two plasma grenades and a magazine of ammo later, space-Bambi lay in pieces and I was hobbling back to my ship. Fortunately I hadn’t strayed too far. I flew back to one of the Vy'keen outposts for help. The exchange was… rather interesting. He didn’t seem to pay much urgency to my injury (they are a rather fanatic warrior race after all). He handed me a picture of a sultry looking Vy'keen and then gave me a very questioning stare. Bitch, I’m bleeding all over your floor, I have no time for whatever the hell game this is. So I hastily agreed to whatever he was nudging at me. And now I’m betrothed. Fffffwwhat? Alright. I don’t even care. He certainly did though. in fact he was so overjoyed he gave me some weapons parts and helped patch me up. These aliens I tell ya. Anyway, I’m just sitting in my ship now letting the nanytes take care of my wound while I sort out my findings.

I landed on this new planet last night. Decided to have some rest in the ship before setting out.
Has anyone played the game Journey? I feel like I require a red robe and a magical scarf to move forward. :P
After waking up to this picture, think I’m going to sit tight and just process the last couple days... It seems I’m on my own. Only hint I have to move forward is Atlas. But I’m suspicious on whether to follow it or not.

Alien Life Found -- Vy'Keen
Found some structures around this planet. Looks like it’s been semi-inhabited? But I’ve learned some new words for a race called “Vy'Keen”.
Even met one!! And from the words I’ve learned (albeit, it was just ‘interloper’, ‘Vy'Keen’ and ‘rare’), it seemed to have pleased this race. Seems like we’re friends well. Not enemies at least.
I have to admit, it’s nice to see another face. Even if it’s not the best face to look at.
