As Daisy crossed the room, Kronk's pulse sped up a bit, his eyes raking across her body in that outfit as he stood and let her come to him. His arms snaked around her as she wrapped hers around his neck, pulling her more firmly against him.

Kronk's smirk never left his face, "I'd like to see what the full experience is like." His hands moved along her body, touching each inch of fabric that covered her back and ass. Kronk liked the idea of potentially getting caught. He liked the thrill of something public, something potentially taboo. His hands wandered over her body as she pulled him closer to her, feeling her press up against him.

The kiss almost managed to deepen further, his head tilting more to press his mouth more firmly against hers and lock their lips when the elevator dinged and pulled him out of that lusty haze. Though it took him a second to realize that he was already being pulled in the direction of the hotel room. His larger hand dwarfed hers a bit as their fingers tangled and he obediently followed her lead towards the door.

The door swung open and she loitered near it which only made the chef smirk as he stepped forward, very purposely brushing up against her body and sliding his hand along the curve of her ass. "Well thank you. I already feel like a VIP guest." He said as he looked at her momentarily before turning his gaze towards the room, pretending like he was very interested in the renovations. (Which he was to some extent, but also Daisy was there ready and wanting, so that took a bit of priority).

"Very nice." Kronk nodded, looking over the suite and the bed before turning back towards her as the door shut behind her. "You really are the queen of hospitality." He complimented, obviously flirting more than talking about the room, innuendo slipping in among his words. "Bet your room service is great as well."

Days liked the suites on the upper floors not just because they were the first to be renovated, the first for her to really sink her teeth into and make her own, but because she had put in many… amenities. One of which was a very comfortable couch, and a very large bed, with very nice plush sheets.

Not that she thought they were going to be using the sheets, of course.

When the door clicked shut Daisy smiled, coy and cunning, and crossed the room towards Kronk. She wound her arms around his neck, thankfully not having to rock forward onto her tiptoes; she had been careful to wear a very nice pair of heels.

“Would you like me to show you what other services we offer VIPs?” She purred, fingers carding through the hair at the nape of his neck.

Kronk got up from his seat, following Daisy without a second thought down through the lobby to the elevators. He wasn't exactly a stranger to the Tipton. Nor was he a stranger to the upper floors. Tourists came through all the time and well, he didn't mind entertaining them and getting to hang out in their hotel rooms.

The honeymoon suite though was a new one, especially since renovated.

She pressed against him as the doors slid closed and his hands found her waist. She felt good up against him, like she could fit right up against his body. There wasn't any mistaking what the signals for tonight were.

"Honeymoon suite, you spoil me." He teased, his hands running along her back through her little black dress, feeling the curves of the body beneath the fabric.

The floor numbers ticked by, each beat of anticipation mounting as they stood there. He leaned down, which was something he really needed to do being a foot taller than her, and tugged her close to capture her lips in a kiss, one that would inevitably be cut short by the elevator reaching its destination.

Daisy could just about see him out of the corner of her eye as they went upward. She could've used the staff override for the elevator to make sure they were alone, but wasn't there a certain thrill to being caught? Even if they weren't doing anything particularly scandalous...

The small, enclosed space meant that she could hear the thumping of his heart, the soft rushing of blood right beneath his skin. It was how she knew when Kronk was going to turn, the slight uptick in heart rate, small but certainly there.

Daisy turned to meet him, her hands going immediately to his chest, hands running upward over his shoulders to clasp together behind his neck, pulling their bodies together. This was what she had meant about the possibility of being caught, of the elevator stopping on one floor and some little old couple watching them break apart. Daisy smiled against Kronk's lips as she thought about it, her tongue just about to tease along his lower lip when the elevator jolted to a halt, and the doors opened with a ding!

Not some poor, unsuspecting couple, but the floor they wanted. Daisy stepped back, smiling innocently as she led Kronk out into the hallway. She took his hand, tangling their fingers together so that she could lead him to the door she wanted. Her own keycard would open any door in the hotel, regardless of what was behind it; with one quick tap, she let the door swing open.

"After you." She smiled at him, standing just enough in the doorway that he'd have to brush past her to get in.

Kronk was definitely not shy in paying compliments. Not shy in letting people know how much he appreciated the time and effort they put into things, either with his eyes, actions or his words.

The playful flirting was part of the fun of it all. The way they could go back and forth, both knowing exactly where they wanted to go but making the steps of their own dance to get there.

"I've got some very good and thorough references on just how well I perform if you'd like them." Kronk teased, finishing the rest of his drink before leaning a bit more forward into her space, his hand brushing up against her knee, "Or... you can leave it a surprise and find out for yourself."

He sat back up in his seat and adjusted his shirt across the bit of bare chest it showed off. "So, are you going to show me your favorite renovated room during this tour or is that one booked and occupied?"

Daisy's eyes dropped to Kronk's hand as it brushed across her skin, looking back up at him through her lashes with a coy smile. She hummed, pretending to think about it, and then down the last of her drink. She didn't really believe in hanging around if everyone was on the same page, so it was time to get going.

"Don't be silly. I kept it free just for you. I do so love showing it off." Daisy smiled sweetly, slipping out of her seat and looking over her shoulder at Kronk. "Follow me."

There were many reasons why Daisy had renovated the upper floors first. The more expensive rooms being done meant that she could charge people more to stay in them, and hopefully draw in some wealthier guests. It also meant, however, that she had somewhere other than her home to bring people back to, and bring people back she did.

She led Kronk to the elevator, pressing the button for the top floor. "The honeymoon suite," She told him as the doors slid closed. She turned to face him, her hands finding his shoulders as she pressed her body against his. "Obviously."

Kronk let out a bit of a laugh at the decor comment. Yeah, it was a bit dated. It had been nice, still grand in its old age, but you know, 50 years is a long time without a revamp.

"Oh yeah? I don't think you should." He continued drinking down his drink. "After all, everything tastes better with a little more effort and the best ingredients you can find." Best not being by price, in Kronk's book, just freshness, seasonal, etc. More expensive was not always better, but sometimes it definitely helped.

"I don't aim to put out a mediocre meal either, so I guess we have that in common." His eyes continued to scan her, taking in her body language and the curves that came along with it. "I like surpassing expectations."

Daisy smiled, pleased that they agreed and even more pleased that Kronk seemed quite bold in the way he looked her over. Maybe it was because it had happened so often over the years, or maybe it was because she put herself on display so often, but Daisy really didn't mind having someone rake their eyes over her. Especially not when that person was also hot, and was here having a drink under the vague pretense of seeing the hotel.

With a smile Daisy sipped her drink, one elbow propped up on the bar. She also never grew tired of this: the playful flirting, the coy banter. No matter how long she lived, she would always like this little courting ritual.

"And do you?" She asked, tilting her head a little as she considered him again. "Often surpass expectations?"

"Oh, all the time. If not me, it's my husband's aunt or cousins entertaining someone. Sometimes my brothers? Rarely my husband, he's so shy." Franny explained.

She got to work on the drinks, muddling orange, cherry, and sugar cubes.

"I love to play hostess, I host a Cambodian New Year party every April. I'm Cambodian-- my mother is from there."

Daisy wasn’t really watching what Franny was doing, far too busy watching her face, trying to gauge how she discussed her family. Some people gave little away, some people gave everything. She supposed, however, that Franny was probably media trained, and probably good at keeping a poker face.

“Gosh, sounds like you have a big family.” She laughed lightly. She tended to avoid the subject if she could, but it was natural to comment on it, at least. She didn’t have to volunteer any information about her own long-dead family. “But y’know, I’ve never been out there. What’s it like?”

Ashlé was excited to be on her first proper tinder date since returning to Swynlake. It was fun to get dressed up and have a few drinks, no matter what came of it. She was sure even if this was a total dud, she’d be able to find some fun tonight!

Daisy seemed interesting though, so Ashlé wasn’t counting her out! She had arrived at Pierrot a few minutes early, wanting to make sure she didn’t get lost or something in the new version of the venue. After claiming them two seats at the bar, she pulled out her phone to check the comments on her latest sewing video while she waited.

And there she was! Looking gorgeous in that little velvet co-ord set. She slid her phone into her bag, so she could give Daisy her full attention. “No worries, luv. I just got here.” She had just been debating ordering a drink while she waited, but decided to give it another minute before she did.

“How’s your day been so far?”

"Boring," Daisy said emphatically, smiling as she took the seat saved for her at the bar. "Which is why I'm very glad to be here."

Daisy did so like a bit of Swynlake tinder. It was so much easier to meet people now than it ever had been before. People lamented dating apps and the way of the dating scene, but as far as Daisy was concerned, sending a few texts and arranging to meet up was so much easier than the nights she'd spent in the 70s, 80s and 90s, trawling bars, looking for someone with potential.

She gave a Ashlé a quick once over as she sat, stowing her bag at her feet. She was hot, there was no mistaking that; another pro of Swynlake tinder. The bartender had come over, so Daisy ordered a martini for herself, nodding to the other woman for her to order.

"So," Daisy said, once the bartender had disappeared to make their drinks. "You said you've just come back to Swynlake? Where're you coming back from?"

At the light kiss on the cheek, Kronk grinned, taking a seat next to her. She was even more gorgeous in person. "Thank you."

He looked at Ricardo the magician and give him a slight subtle once over as well, "You know, I think a quick drink could be good." Leaned one arm against the bar and the other rested on his lap, completely turning towards Daisy so there was no mistake of where his attention was tonight.

He flashed his grin at Ricardo, running a hand through his long shoulder length hair, "Could I get a Mojito? Thanks."

As the bartender went off to make it, Kronk's eyes returned back to Daisy. "The renovation looks great. I was here a long time ago, dropped by for some kind of event. This though, you've really upgraded the place."

Much like a magician, his drink was sitting in front of him before he knew it. He took a sip of it, thinking for a moment, before nodding, "He might be a mixology magician."

Daisy didn't necessarily need every date to begin with a drink, but she thought it did help. Many long years of living had taught her to be a little bit more relaxed, but not everyone was wired that way. Some people needed a little... something. Something to loosen them up.

Of course, she had no idea if Kronk was wired that particular way. She sort of doubted it, given how easily they'd managed to arrange this little meeting. But he said yes to the drink anyway, and Daisy smiled at Ricardo as he walked away, taking a sip of her own drink as she turned her gaze to Kronk.

"Thank you." She preened, looking around the bar and restaurant. "Believe me, it was no small feat. I'm sure the 70s decor was great... in the 70s."

With a laugh, she waited whilst Kronk tasted his drink, taking the time to give him a proper once-over. Satisfied with what she found, Daisy replied coyly, "Well, I only hire the best. I like to have the best of everything, really. Don't like settling for less."

Franny turned to the liquor cabinet with a thoughtful hum.

"Hm, I do make a mean old fashion. I was given a bottle of Rhetoric 23 year as a gift a while back, haven't open it yet. Fancy bourbon?"

She would never have paid for that bottle herself but she didn't mind accepting it as a gift. No single bottle was worth that price tag to her. Maybe it's from having grown up broke, it's stayed with her to not drop that much money on non-essentials.

Except nice clothes or Bulgari jewelry, that was her one big spending weakness now that she had money. The serpenti seduttori bracelet on her wrist was her favorite item at the moment. Her children could sell her collection for a fortune when she died, she justified the spending this way.

A hundred years of living would give you a taste for anything, eventually. Working as an actress would help, too. Daisy had been to so many parties, some glitzy, some decidedly seedy, all of them with an array of liquor. By now, there was nothing that she didn't truly enjoy.

But that, of course, was for her to know. For Franny, there was still that front to put up, and so Daisy gave a light shrug, smiling as she said, "Sure. I'm a bit of a baby bourbon drinker, though, so go easy on me."

"You've got quite the collection, though. I'm kind of jealous." Daisy let her eyes wander over the various bottles. "Do you entertain much?"

Tinder dates had been pretty frequent for the last week or so. He guessed it was all that New Year resolution energy people were putting into themselves for the month of January. New relationships in 2026 on the brain.

Kronk wasn't looking for a relationship. Just some fun. Sometimes a friendship came out of that fun, and sometimes it was just a good hook up with no strings.

Whatever the case tonight was, he was happy to be out and about. He couldn't say that he'd gotten drinks at the Tipton often. The thought of being there and seeing it from an owner's perspective was very interesting and a bit exciting. Like a backstage tour of the part of the hospitality industry he didn't work in.

He'd clocked out early from the diner, making sure to be able to run home and shower any particular unsavory smells off himself before walking over to the Tipton.

His feet carried him through the lobby to the hotel bar where he caught that flash of blonde, making a grin spread on his face.

"Daisy," He said as he walked up, brushing his long hair from his face with a grin. "You look amazing." He gave her a once over, admiring her outfit and whatever assets that it accentuated.

Daisy didn't often sit at the hotel bar. Sometimes she would have the bartender make her a drink, which she would take to her office behind the front desk. But she hadn't really just sat in it to have a drink since they had finished the remodel. She thought it was maybe a little strange, and a little tacky. The hotel owner milling around, what? Trying to make friends with her guests? An outdated concept. Probably something her father would've done, when the hotel had first opened.

Tonight was different, though. Daisy wasn't here by herself, or she wouldn't be soon. Her gaze flicked to the small watch on her wrist, and she reached to take another sip of her martini. Not long now, she was sure.

Like she had summoned him just by thinking about him, Daisy turned on her stool to see Kronk approaching. She smiled, slipping down to the floor, and greeted him with a light kiss on the cheek. "Thank you," She preened. "So do you. Do you want to have a quick drink before we head off? Our bartender, Ricardo, is practically a magician."

Robaire tried not to let that slight surprise raise his brows, but the smile still curled at the side of his lips. That would be a dream, wouldn't it? To have their music used in a film? Even in any capacity? That would be a stepping stone, an opening. An honor, really.

"Yeah? Man... I mean - I hope when we're ready we can really impress you then. That would be... like awesome." He huffed.

The actual chance of that happened? Incredibly slim, he realized.. but it was best to hold onto any little slivers of hope he could get these days.

Daisy was sure it would be like, awesome. It would be one of those things that was mutually beneficial. More exposure for them and their music, and fans of the band paying good money to come and see her movie because their favourite band was involved. Good for everyone, right?

Although, they did have to get themselves off the ground first. If this grand album they were working on was a flop, then...

"I'm sure you will." She said with a light laugh. "I hope to see you all at the party." Daisy added with a smile. After all, the more the merrier.
