geed got sent out to run a couple of (very simple) tests for the science division so they can fix up this astrophage problem, but on the way he met the bravest little rock alien..

(rocky is currently shitting his pants. what is that. why does it sound like that. how is it reading his thoughts. why does it feel like theyre face to face talking, even though its not physically possible for them to be in the same room right now. why the fuck does anything need to be that big.)

Of course Squid tries to makes me choose between the character with the most aura ever conceived and my actual son.

What’s nice about Ultraman characters is that they have some canonical stats. Since this is Super Shadow I figured it’s only fair to have Geed in his most powerful form as well, Ultimate Final:

This gives us a baseline in which we can automatically hand over speed to Super Shadow, since on the wiki it states he can match Super Sonic who can move around the speed of light.

I don’t think I need to compare height. Geed is 51m, Shadow is shorter than the average human. Usually this would give anyone an advantage. But I doubt it would make too much of a difference against the supercharged Ultimate Lifeform.

(Oh that’s funny, Ultimate Lifeform, Ultimate Final, just now realizing that)

I guess physical strength doesn’t go to the giant.

There are like, a ton of different energy attacks, barriers, and fighting techniques Geed uses in his base form and Ultimate Final, but there is no statement about how much damage they inflict via tangible numbers, similar to Super Shadow. (I’m also getting lazy and I’m not really a power scaler so…)

Where I believe this fight might not be as one sided as it appears is stamina. Everything hinges on where this battle takes place. I’m assuming even with mastered control over his Super form, it still would obviously burn a lot of energy, so Shadow can’t stay in it infinitely.

Although the exact time fluctuates, it is still canon that Ultra’s cannot maintain their form when on Earth for long, since they need Spacium to maintain their energy levels, and Earth’s thick atmosphere filters most of it out.

So, if on Earth, Super Shadow gains another edge, but if the battle took place in space, or on the Moon, Geed has the potential to outlast him.

But in reality (and my heart) I believe these two would actually get along. I mean they have a lot in common origin wise, and could probably use someone who shares similar experiences to talk to, and to process… all of that.
