The Koopaling jumped ten feet nearly screaming like a little girl, he thought he had been alone but he must of been wrong.. turning to come face to face with a small ghost holding a book the koopaling tried his best to play off the near heart attack brushing his hair back and firing off finger guns at the ghost, “The one and only!”

“So what’s a nerd like you doing at this place anyways?” The Koopaling chimed his grin only widening as his eyes lowered

Seeing the Koopaling launch so high in the air caused Cappy himself to jump, his tail’s normally whispy flow briefly coming to a jagged shape as his brim furrowed, before relaxing again.

“Er... Hello, Iggy Koopa. Well met!” Trying to play off the nagging anxiety he always got when meeting strangers, he extended out a nub to offer a handshake. “And, well, I’m here simply because Mario’s here! I’m usually his hat, but I’m having some time to myself right now.”

“Wait... is that one of the koopalings..?” He quietly pulled out a small journal and leafed through the pages. “Green hair.... Glasses.... You must be Iggy, correct?”
