Only the upper half of Siffrin's face can be seen; they're looking just past the viewer with a dead-eyed expression. The top of their is head open like a lidded, red-rimmed container, out of which Mal du Pays' face creeps. it's making direct eye contact with the viewer. A hand of its is also squeezing out of Siffrin's head and clutching it, its fingertips digging into the bleeding (but obscured) wound of Siffrin's left eye.
The top of its own head is also open (and sporting a red rim), Loop's head emerging from it. Loop is looking up and to the left sorrowfully, wiping the tears pouring from their right eye with one hand. Faint stars are also visible in the pupil of that eye.
The image is mostly in black, white, and red, with sharp cyan accents throughout (mainly around the edges of Siffrin's hair/bleeding left eye, above their right eye, and above Loop's own right eye) giving the whole piece a chromatically-aberrated look. The background is bright red, starting as a solid colour behind Siffrin's face before transforming into a jagged burst of light behind Loop's. Glitchy text is overlaid throughout, most of which is unreadable save for a few chunks. From the bottom up:

wish craft smelling sickeningly like burnt sugar is so genius. like yeah it's too good to be true. sickeningly sweet. cloying, syrupy, saccharine. be careful what you wish for. broken, failing, rotting.
add this to the hunger metaphors ooh boy. siffrin's only consolation in the timeloop that they're spending time with their family friends allies is like giving someone who's starving a lollipop.
siffrin cheats at every game every time and it’s partially because they’re a little shit and think it’s funny but it’s also because if he admits he forgot the actual rules (which he does, frequently— there are so many little things to remember!!!) he’ll die of embarrassment. SAD! better to be wrong on purpose than by accident <3
but also, critically: mirabelle in particular is really competitive and when she realises siffrin’s cheating her reactions are priceless and siffrin enjoys this also. they love her and they love seeing her get fired up!!! break out of her shell a little bit!!! so really, cheating is just a win/win
they play killer uno and siffrin learns 17 new vaugardian swear words he’d never heard before just from mirabelle alone. they play the in-universe version of monopoly and she gives them the silent treatment for the rest of the day. this is good enrichment for both of them
i like how you draw odile n siffrin like theyre part of an adult animation sitcom that gets cancelled after 3 seasons in 2003 and becomes a cult classic
