What the method is used for:

Hi! Thank you so much for the messages٩(ˊᗜˋ)و. As for your question, the answer can be quite complicated and I haven't completely figured it out but I will tell what I know. There are many ways you can contact other people's souls and for everyone the way you send those messages can look very different. As you were mentioning, dreams are a way to send a message and connect with people. I personally send messages through daydreams. Although if you want to send a very specific message to someone, I think the best way would be through mediation and focusing your intention on sending this person a positive message. You can also always ask your spirit team to send a message for you. Just setting intentions on the daily and thinking positive affrimations may help. This is the best advice I can give since I am not entirely knowledgeable about soul contact or thelepathic contact so I would encourage you to do some research on such topics. This is just what I would do in this situation. I hope this helps!
