Does anyone else have self inserts they view as OCs?

I have a few, my most recent being my character Bea. I recently decided to add her to a new original project I'm working on. Right now, Bea is a clairvoyant who can predict the future through her writing and can bring the characters she draws to life. The other characters I have in the project right now, I kind of view them as platonic and even familial f/os.

The project is in very early development so I don't fully know what direction I'll take it in, but I'll see over time. I'm just going with the flow with the project to see what ideas pop up in my mind along the way.

broadwayworks Tonight at Just In Time Broadway, Gracie Lawrence did a beautiful tribute to Connie Francis tonight, performing an extra song as bows. For those who don’t know, Connie Francis, a popular singer who Gracie portrays in the show, sadly passed this morning. This tribute was absolutely beautiful, what a lucky audience that witnessed it! 💙✨

Fanart Friday - Like Fred and Ginger'

Small return to complete movie-style instead of the look I give to my 'Trotter Peachstone' cont adventures.

Based on this snippet of alternative newspaper headlines from the original "James and the Giant Peach" script, where instead of him becoming a politician and her becoming a nightclub owner, Centipede and Spider become tap dancers together, apparently as popular as Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

I think I like drawing Miss Spider with her hair up and Mr. Centipede with his antenna back.
