Yandere Magical Boy Episode 7
Just as you're falling asleep, you're rudely awoken to a battle between good and evil.
Or in other words, Erolaune and Glitter Rose Prince are finally duking it out.
---
You woke to a distant boom. Groaning, you rubbed your eyes and swung your legs over the bed's edge. Stumbling your way through the dark and almost tripping over your phone charger, your hand fiddled for the blinds. Moonlight poured out of your window as the blinds were pulled up. Off in the distance, you could barely make out two figures tumbling and colliding into each other. A blast hit the other and sent it flying across.
"The fuck?" You exclaimed in time as Glitter Rose Prince slammed into a traffic light pole.
Both of them crashed into the ground with a thundering thud, leaving behind a massive crater in the asphalt. The magical boy got to his feet and leapt back as a blast of dark energy hit where he was a second ago. You turned your head to see Lecher Loser floating above him with his arms across his chest and laughing.
"Is that all you can do?" He sneered and snapped his fingers as thorny tentacles emerged from the ground.
Glitter Rose Prince dodged as one of them snapped at where he was a moment ago. He roared before blasting out a ray of pink death at the appendages and obliterating them into a shower of sparkles. However, only more emerged alongside a small army of plant monsters.
You slowly backed away from the window and headed towards your patio for a better look at the fight unfolding. The two of them exchanged blows, parrying the other one's attacks and countering with his own. The wand was blasted out of the magical boy's hand and was sent flying. He turned his head in the direction of his flying weapon-- a plant monster leapt and grabbed him, pinning him to the ground as several vines cocooned his thrashing body.
He went limp for several moments until a muffled scream ripped out of him as glittery pink light cracked between the restraints and blasted the monster into countless pieces. Glitter Rose Prince spat, snapping his head upwards to his opponent and roared before lunging for his opponent. The green-haired Quagmire smirked before dissolving into a cloud of red petals before the magical boy could grab him. You flinched as the villain appeared in front of you, leaning against the glass.
"Good evening, darling." He leered as the patio's door opened. His eyes practically glowing in the darkness as he slinked in, taking slow confident strides while you backed away a few paces.
"Get the fuck outta my home, asshole!" You snapped.
"You call this a 'home?'" He scoffed, scarlet lips curling in disgust. "Seriously? This place is such a dump. Why don't you come with me? I'll take you somewhere far more worthy of your presence. I didn't send that letter for you only for it to be intercepted by.... that thing."
"Get away from her!" Glitter Rose Prince snarled and barreled forward.
"Can't you see we're in the middle of a conversation, pest?" Erolaune sneered and with a dismissal wave of his hand, vines shot out and blocked the patio door.
"Oh come on!" You groaned. "Property management is gonna throw a bitch fit over this!"
"That seems like a 'them' problem, not an 'us' problem." Erolaune flipped his hair over his shoulder. "Now that it's only us..."
Another rose was handed towards you and you quickly smacked his hand away. "Fuck off already!" You spat out.
"Why won't you just accept my gifts already?" He sighed. "Can't you see that I'm interested in you beyond another pawn for me? I wouldn't have put in half the effort I do with you if I didn't."
"I don't give a shit-- go."
"Darling, there's no need for you to play so coy--"
Glitter Rose Prince tackled him into the floor. His ring flashed before his hands were engulfed into sparkly pink gauntlets five times their size. He roared before unleashing a furry of fists into Erolaune's face like Thor throwing down thunderbolts. Each crack reverberated into the room as the magical boy's breathing grew more ragged; his eyes glittered with bloodlust and his bared teeth being rows of white knives.
Erolaune's once-impeccable makeup became smears of color intermingled with blood while he futily blocked the furious magical boy's punches. Finally, Erolaune caught the fist with vines wrapped around his opponent before Glitter Rose Prince was slammed into the floor. The villain wobbled to his feet, putting a hand to his bleeding nose and pulled out a compact mirror to inspect the damage done.
"You fucking bastard--!" He hissed and charged towards the magical boy.
The two of them were thrown over the balcony as they traded blows before colliding into the street below. The force collapsed the asphalt beneath into a crater as shockwaves rattled the windows. By now, a large crowd of people were starting to come out to see what was going on.
"The hell is going on out there?!" One of your neighbors exclaimed as he tentatively approached the site. "I thought we were done with--"
Before he could take another step, Erolaune was sent flying upwards and slammed into the traffic pole. The villain growled and quickly dodged a blast from Glitter Rose Prince's gauntlet only for another to strike him and sent him flying into another other building. He grunted and slid down as something sparkling fell from Erolaune's chest.
Glitter Rose Prince stiffened before soaring towards it with an outstretched hand.
"Don't you dare--!" Erolaune roared, spitting out ichor.
However, the magical boy's hand closed around it. Beams of light cracked out from between his fingers as he raised his fist in the air. "Amor Garden!"
A sparkling swirl enveloped him. He closed his eyes as a new surge of power flood through his being. It started from his arm and down his feet while a twinkling cloud enveloped him. He spun around at a faster and faster pace, sending glitter around in all directions.
As it grew brighter, you raised a hand over your eyes and gritted your teeth. "The hell?"
When the last of the sparkles finally dissolved, you slowly raised your arm back down. Immediately your eyes almost bulged out of their sockets at his upgrade, and to say it had gotten even more ridiculous was putting it mildly.
Vines rife with small lilies, roses, and peonies wrapped around and ran up the length of the magical boy's arms and legs with a larger glowing rose settled on the back of his hands and his boots' instep. A glittering pink catsuit with his signature heart cut-out encased his body and left practically everything on display, for everyone's viewing bewilderment.
"Tch." Erolaune simply scoffed. "You're a cheap copy of the real deal here."
The ground beneath you tremored. Vines snapped out from the cracks and you barely had enough time to dodge them as a massive black rose formed. A vine wrapped around your waist and brought you to Erolaune's side. "Well then, Glitter Rose Prince. Adieu."
He snapped his fingers as a cloud of red petals engulfed your vision. When the last of them scattered, the both of you were in the middle of some throne room full of columns and statues.
"Finally, some peace and quiet." Erolaune huffed, raking his rich bitch-merlot talons through his hair. "Now then...."
His lips curled into a smirk while his index finger gently tilted your chin up to face him, cradling it. "Since we're all alone.... Why don't we spend some time together? I'll make sure you're thoroughly spoiled." He chuckled.
You snapped his hand off of you, aggressively rubbing where he touched your face. "Fuck off!"
"Dear, I told you that there's no need to be so coy." His voice dropped to a breathy octave. "After all--"
A pink beam charged into his side-- sending the charismaless Casanova flying into the wall. You looked over to see Glitter Rose Prince
"You pest!" Erolaune snarled as he got up. "Well two can play at that! Garden of Temptation Ultimate!"
His skin-tight suit transformed into an intricate display of deadly nightshade, black angel's trumpets, and foxgloves wrapped around and across his torso in a provocative manner. A thin black cloth hung off his hips while blood-red roses on his hands and thorns twisted and winded up his limbs.
"Now then, let the real fun begin." Erolaune licked his lips and raised his hand.
The pillars rumbled as they transformed into giant trees with gaping mouths and grasping branches. The statues came to life as grotesque plant-humanoid monsters. They shook their heads and snapped their attention towards the magical boy. One of the trees screamed and snatched for him.
Glitter Rose Prince ducked out of the way-- missing the sharp branches by a centimeter only for another to swing into the back of his head and slamming him into the ground. A throng of plant-beasts rushed him and he rolled to the side and they collided into each other.
"Is that all you can do now?" Erolaune chuckled. "Zipping about like some insignificant fly?"
Glitter Rose Prince bared his teeth as he raised his wand into the air. "Love Lash!"
The a cloud of glitter surrounded the wand, shifting and stretching into a sparkling pink and lilac whip studded with roses. He cracked the new weapon against one of the plant monsters leaping for him.
The moment it made contact, the monster turned a glittery rose-pink and snapped its head towards Erolaune. It growled and charged for its former master. Its massive fist crashed into Erolaune's and he staggered a few paces back.
"Tch!" Erolaune wiped the blood with the back of his hand while a black thorn-studded whip manifested in the other. "You really are just a pathetic imitation of the real thing; the crushed silk fabric rose to the genuine and fragrant bloom."
He lashed it at the treacherous monster. The beast jolted and reverted back to its original state. Snarling, it charged for the magical boy again who was now whipping the minions around him.
Your eyes darted as you watched as the monsters changed sides over and over. One moment, against Erolaune the next against Glitter Rose Prince. Some even smashed into enemy ones amidst the uproar; toxic-green pounded into rose-pink while glitter slammed into thorns; bark and vines and petals and sap exploding into each other over and over and over and over.
A tree under Glitter Rose Prince's control bashed its branches into one of Erolaune's while smaller soldiers from both sides leapt at each other from them. The magical boy swerved to avoid the blows in his direction. He was about to reach for you when an enemy tree batted him away-- he went flying into another one which imprisoned him in a tangle of brambles and branches.
The ground below your feet rumbled as a black floating chrysanthemum materialized beneath you and Erolaune. His arm snaked around your waist as he pulled you towards him. A grin split on his lips and he ran a hand through his hair, pressing his cleavage into your hand.
"Now," Erolaune slowly licked his lips, as he cupped your cheek. "Let's finally seal our eternity with a passionate ki--"
"Oh fuck off! I'm not gonna be Frenching anyone!" You snarled and shoved him off of you.
Bemusement flashed on his face as he settled a hand on his hip. "And why won't you just let yourself get whisked away in the arms of someone as dashing and charming as I am?"
"Charming?" You sputtered out before letting out a mirthless cackle. "News flash, asshole: you've got the charisma of roadkill soaking in prison hooch!"
"R-roadkill!?" Erolaune gasped.
"Damn right!" You growled. "You're just a dressy hooch-soaked roadkill!"
"Dear, did you hit your head?" He tilted his head to the side, pouting. "Because you seem rather.... erratic."
"No, but it's clear that mommy used you as a kickball!" You shot back and shoved him. "Learn to take the fucking hint that I'm not playing hard to get, that I don't like you or have a crush on you-- in fact, I fucking despise you!"
"D-despise....?" His arms went limp. "Dear, you're joking.... aren't--"
"No, I well and truly fucking despise you with every iota of my being! You're not some charming dashing leading man: you're a creepy pervert who can't take no for a fucking answer and have to brainwash women into being an army of simpering minions to try and convince yourself that you're far more charismatic than you really are! You're less than pathetic! You're outright fucking repugnant!"
A croak rattled out of his throat as he looked at you with wide, glassy eyes. He took a step away from you as if you're about to lunge towards him.
"(Y/N)! Get away!" Glitter Rose Prince yelled and rushed for you.
"You...." Erolaune spat out, baring his teeth. His hate-filled eyes turned on Glitter Rose Prince's. "You ruined everything!"
A vine snapped into his face-- sending him back into a wall. Time seemed to slow down as the whip's blow shattered his mask into two pieces. The magical boy slid down onto the floor with a echoing thump.
"A-ah!" He stared back, wide-eyed.
"I'll fucking kill you, you--!" Erolaune screamed. His nails grew sharper alongside his teeth while exhaled out ragged breaths.
With a bloodcurdling scream, riots of dark blooms erupted over the villain's body: various sections of him was swarmed in petals while those still exposed had dark green veins streaked across his now deathly pale skin. The strained veins bursted out of him into thorny whips and snapped for Haru. "Die! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die!"
Haru swerved and dodged but the veins were far faster than him. Just as he was about to fly up, two of the spiked veins wrapped around him and smashed him into a tree. Haru grunted in pain as the thorns dug into him while more strangled around his flailing body. His face was strained with agony while his legs below helplessly.
"I'll take your lifeblood and your power for my own and finally be rid of you!" Erolaune cackled. "Die, you parasite!"
Haru gritted his teeth, trying to keep himself from screaming while he continued to flail in vain. His skin was becoming gray as his movements were slowing. His limbs grew limp
Shit! What the hell do I do!? Your fists curled by your sides.
You looked at Erolaune's hair.
Your fingers tangled through Erolaune's hair and you yanked as sharply as possible. His eyes were wide with bewilderment as his head was jerked back. The shock made him loosen his grip for Haru to slide out into a collapsed pile on the ground.
"D-dear!" He gasped, reaching for your wrists. "What are you doing--! That fool has done nothing but--"
At that, you saw all the faces of the fucking room temp of Antarctica morons that you've dealt with in him. In that stupid, smug face of his. Of the all harassment you put up with: of the passive-aggressive lecturing, screeched insults, incoherent yelling, sleazy catcalls, and the barking demands that were forced to grin and bear like a kicked dog for over a year now.
Rage shot through your veins like fire and a roar tore its way our of your throat as all of the anger that'd been burning in you finally exploded and you tightly grabbed Erolaune's waist like a straitjacket.
He yelled as you flung yourself backwards and suplexed him into the ground with the fury of a thousand gods. The sound of his skull shattering against the platform was beyond cathartic-- it rushed over you like an awesome rain and you grabbed him once more and threw him into the floor again. Erolaune's head lolled around while he groaned. Tears were now streaking down his cheeks, stained black and red from both mascara and blood.
Vines and flowers shot out of the whip and wrapped around the villain, tightening around him with each second.
"W-what!?" He exclaimed. "This can't be--!"
However, Haru pulled the flower ropes towards him, tightening its stranglehold on the thrashing foe. The other half of the gem popped out from his chest and landed on the floor. Haru snatched it up and absorbed it into his ring.
"No! This can't be happening!" Erolaune screamed, tears rolling down his face. "I can't--!"
"Garden of Love Ultimate!"
Haru's suit dissolved into a mere glittering pastel pink cloth secured around his hips by a bouquet of the same flowers that once ran up his limbs. A body chain made up of the smaller blooms started from his throat with above and below his chest and ended to just above his pelvis. His hair grew to his waist in flowing blossom-pink, drifting around him. Tendrils of wisteria were now wrapped around his limbs with the roses still on his hands while a halo of roses adorned his head.
"Finish it, dammit!" You screamed.
"Dear! No!" Erolaune choked out. "No! Please don't do this to me! Not after I poured my heart out--!"
"Your heart doesn't mean shit to me!" You spat. "Now take the fucking hint and die already!"
With that, Erolaune went limp. He fell to the side as more of Haru's whip wrapped around him. He didn't even scream as he imploded inside the floral confines. When the whip snaked off, there was no trace of him behind-- sans his trademark rose before it decayed into a pile of ash.
Beneath you, the black chrysanthemum dissolved. You stared at the ground several feet below. "Oh come--"
Haru quickly swooped in and caught you in his arms, clutching you tightly to his chest. His heart hammering underneath your hand while a bright flush scrawled over his face.
"You okay?" He asked as he carefully landed on the ruined marble.
"Y-yeah..." You nodded your head, tentatively pushing yourself away from him. "Thanks..."
"So..." He awkwardly scratched the back of his head, chewing the inside of his cheek. "Yeah... I'm a magical boy..." His voice grew faint at that last bit, bordering inaudible.
For a long while, you simply stared at him before mumbling out: "That would actually explain a lot."
"Y-yeah! I suppose it does!" Haru nervously laughed, his cheeks turning a vivid pink. "Uh.... do you want me to take you back home?"
"May as well," you heavily sighed; the familiar throbs of stress returned tenfold as you put a hand gingerly to your temple. Please let this be the end of having to deal with this shit....
His eyes glittered with some sort of emotion before he regained his composure, awkwardly coughing as he looked away from you. "Alright then," he nodded and wrapped his arms around your waist. "You ready?"
You nodded and he began to fly the two of you out of the throne room. But not before you caught a flash of dark pink hair moving from the shadows.
"Here we are," he carefully landed you back at your balcony, his feet merely a few inches off the ground.
You gave a short nod as your feet met solid ground once again. You straightened out the front of your shirt and stretched your arms out. "Finally..."
"So uh...." He bit his lip.
He opened his mouth to speak but shook his head. "A-anyways, I'll see you later. Yeah?"
"すごい!その…つまり-- I mean, great!" Haru nervously smiled. "J-just go get some rest, okay? Tonight's been a crazy one."
"Yeah, you too." You said as you slipped into your apartment once more.
"Well Haru, what's it like finally being touched by her?" Sparkle flopped on the magical boy's head, interrupting Haru's concentration on his artwork.
"An absolute dream come true-- does that answer your question?" He looked up, glowering at the fluffy nuisance.
"I thought you were going to say more-- especially since she had her hand on your bare chest and was clinging to you throughout the flight like on the cover of some bad romance novel. You know: going into a whole diatribe about how her skin feels like rose petals and that her touch makes time melt away." Sparkle's legs swung back and forth while meeting Haru's glare with a grin. "Shame you fumbled that perfect confession opportunity! Again!"
"S-shut it, Sparkle." He grumbled, trying to focus on the linework of his drawing. The pencil gently scratched at the paper while he shaded in the shadows around your eyes and below your chin. He was about to start on adding further detailing to your eyes when Sparkle plopped on the table and craned his head at the sketch.
"Oh and look! You're even drawing a lovely picture to commemorate the event!"
"Sparkle, seriously. Knock it off."
"Oh come on, we all know you've long been waiting for this day." The mascot continued to snicker. "I bet all those times of kissing your pillow while sleeping has--"
Haru promptly stood up and grabbed the winged-rabbit by his throat with a tight fist.
"H-hey!" Sparkle choked out. "What the hell are you--!"
With a growl, Haru flung him as far as he could. The screaming mascot was sent flying across opposite side of the city until he became nothing more but a mere glint in the distance.
"Finally, some peace and quiet." He sighed and slipped his headphones on, drowning out any outside noise with his playlist and resumed where he'd left off.
