Hello! Sorry for the very late reply. For me..

Suikoden I + Suikoden II - Best (mostly because I remember most tune and I love listening to every celtic/voice versions too)

Suikoden IV - (Actually there are a lot of tracks in IV that I enjoy and IV’s version of into the world of illusion is my favorite of all)

Suikoden V - (I have a lot of favorites in V too... there a lot of unforgettable tracks for a lot of my favorite scenes)

Suikoden III - (honestly...Other than the OP I think there weren’t that much themes that gave a strong impression to me)
