i see a lot of asks saying you’re the best SQ author ever, and while i 100% agree with that, i just wanted to say you’re literally the best queer author like ever. i’ve been an avid reader since i first learned how to read, and ur stories are by far the best i’ve ever read. u literally put magic in ur stories. it’s so captivating and consuming and even if u never write another story again you’ll still be the most talented author ive ever come across.

I am currently reading all your fics and let me tell you, they are AMAZING. Naturally, I came across your post stating the reason why you aren't writing SQ anymore and woah, I didn't know you had gotten so many negative feedback. I am so sorry for that.

Perhaps the whole thing has calmed down now (?), as more years have passed, and I suppose there's people who have moved on to different hobbies.

Regardless, I am so sorry that negative feedback was the reason that discouraged you. I believe that fanfiction is our own and, thus, comments about a certain character not acting like this or that in canon are invalid.

I have devoured Wicked Games and its prequel and enjoyed them thoroughly, even though very explicit stuff isn't my thing, I've spent a whole day reading Someone will remember us and LOVED IT, even if huge age gaps freak me out, and now I'm currently reading Marry Me, after having watched the proposal last night (such a silly little film).

You have a talent, and it makes me sad that some people choose to nitpick such wonderful stories (sounds kind of jealous to me)

Anyway, I just wanted to ask whether you'd consider writing SQ again, as I really do believe that things have calmed down, I haven't gotten a single bad comment on mine (then again, I've not gotten many positive ones either. Not everyone writes like you do, and I'm saying this with zero spite or jealousy, but pure adoration)

Don't feel pressured, I do know how it is. As a fellow (wannabe) author, I am simply hoping to encourage a very talented person to consider writing again. I'm sure there's many people out there who miss you, and you could always choose to turn on comment moderation (this will show you a comment privately before you approve it, which gives you the possibility to ignore bad reviews, which, again, I find terrible that you got in the first place)

Thank you so much!!! You are so kind 🥰🥰 that period of negative comments was a long time ago so I’m very much over that now anyway, but you’re probably right that it’s calmed down in the years since. In any case, I’m really glad SQ fics are alive and well and that people like you are still writing and enjoying them!

I don’t think I’ll ever write SQ again, but that’s mostly because I don’t write anything anymore 😂 it’s been years since I wrote any fiction. I do miss it, but I think my passion or whatever you want to call it has left me (to be totally candid, I got cheated on in 2020 and since then I’m like well, love doesn’t exist, so why would I write about it?)

I don’t see another SQ fic in my future, but I’m really grateful that my old stories are still being enjoyed 🥹 thank you so much for sharing that with me xxx
