hi!! sorry for the delayed response;

i find my backgrounds on Pinterest, I usually search stuff like “carrd background gif” or “simple background gif” and typically you can find what you’re looking for!! To actually add it to the rentry, the piece of metadata i use is as follows

CONTAINER_OUTER_BACKGROUND_IMAGE = https://i.postimg.cc/pTJw0hn1/ef3d6e995adb94af6aaed49548c66147.gif

CONTAINER_OUTER_BACKGROUND_IMAGE_REPEAT = no-repeat

CONTAINER_OUTER_BACKGROUND_IMAGE_POSITION = center

CONTAINER_OUTER_BACKGROUND_IMAGE_SIZE = cover

IMAGE is what the page uses for the background

IMAGE_REPEAT determines if it’ll use the image once and just scale it up to make it fit the page, or if it should copy and paste it

IMAGE_POSITION & IMAGE_SIZE is just for adjusting stuff, you can mess around with these methinks ^.^

metadata can be very intimidating to work with at first so if you want help with anything else please don’t hesitate to ask !!

How do u get ur rsrc sites popular ?? I've been struggling with mine 😔

A big part of it is promoting your site!!! I sent it in rentry/decor discord servers and also sent asks promoting it on retrospring. Having a section that links to other sites can also up your chance of being linked too!! Other than that it just sort of has to happen — keep pushing it out there though!! If you send me another ask with your resource id be more than happy to link yours on mine!! ^_^
