Because you can't convince me that our girl wasn't staring at James Potter that afternoon by the lake just as hard as he was staring at her. She brings up him playing with the Snitch as if it's something he does all the time — when literally just minutes earlier, Remus asked James where he'd gotten it. Her eyes were glued to that boy.

Not sure why it's a new trend among fic readers to assume if the fic has not been posted within the week it's inappropriate to comment on it, like the fic has to be hot out of the oven to give feedback for.

I got a comment on a fic that is less than a year old and it was mostly an apology for being a comment on an "old fic" and how late they were in commenting.

Just comment on the fic. Doesn't matter how old it is.

Harry’s First Birthday

I don’t have kids but I find it hard to imagine a newly 1-year-old child having great balancing skills, so I added a built-in seat to his toy broomstick.

People mention all the time how much Harry missed Ginny when he was haunting and destroying horcrux but no one mentions how much Ginny missed the love of her life during that time when she had nothing or something to know how he was during that time especially when also her brother and one of her best friends was also missing.

I would like to think that Ginny missed Harry that even prayed for his life, dreamed about him and remembered all those times they dated.

Ginny is still jealous of Harry, no matter how ill-timed her feelings are (oh, and I adore her for that LOL)

Ginny listens to Harry's caution while she wouldn't to anyone else

I guess Ginny faired worse than Harry during DH, because she had no clue how he was. Harry, at least, had gossip from Phineas Nigellus or even the Marauder's Map to look at her. But if they are equals in their relationship, which I always defend they are, I can bet that Ginny thought about Harry as much as he thought about her - meaning that even with everything going on, she would long and hope he was safe.

Now at least people mention how much Harry missed her because if you were going by the movies, Harry doesn't seem to even remember her- yeah still mad they cut out the scenes of him watching the Marauder's Map, let my boy PINE
